Tout...L'accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse, le professionnalisme, et j'en oublie...d'Elena, notre hôte. Elle assure pour ses clients du matin au soir, c'est du jamais-vu...! La chambre, superbe...aménagée au raffinement, même les fresques florales sur les murs peintes par ses soins. Des petites attentions partout, le sac de plage avec ses serviettes, le petit meuble dans la salle de bains en rotin avec les minis serviettes, le savon liquide... et tout cela plein de couleurs délicatement choisies...un vrai plaisir. Petits déjeuners proposés très variés. Un magnifique jardin arboré avec de l'ombre partout et allées entretenues tous les matins. Ne passez pas à côté de ce petit bijou à 150m de la plage par un petit chemin sablonneux. Nous avons adoré Elena et son charmant hôtel.

Natural stay close to the beach
Pros:

The position is very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean. Elena provided for us a beach bag and beach towels, much appreciated.

Cons:

Only cash. Maybe not the best choice.

Pros:

Elena is a very friendly host who took the trouble off organising our snorkeling trips. The rooms were nicely decorated in cute light colours. And the beach was only a minute away

A convenient location for the beach and restaurants and a nice garden and veranda.
Pros:

Good location very close to the beach, lovely veranda when it rained!

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. It was advertised as having a pool but the pool wasn’t available and it wasn’t safe to swim in the sea in February - wrong season.

Изначально мы забронировали это место на 1 ночь, но в итоге остались на 5 — так как мы были очень довольны всем! Размещение было просто идеальным: очень чисто, кровати супер удобные, кондиционер работал отлично. В отеле все продумано до мелочей - вкусный завтрак по доступной цене и можно выбрать из нескольких вариантов, есть отдельные пляжные полотенца и даже пляжные сумки.
Особая благодарность Елене, хозяйке отеля, которая сделала все возможное, чтобы мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями! Она была очень доброй, внимательной и готовой помочь нам во всем, что нам было нужно. Она помогла нам с арендой байка и стиркой, что значительно облегчило наше пребывание.
Если вы ищете чистое, спокойное место, где вы сможете беззаботно отдохнуть, то это отель Elena Garden. Мы с радостью вернемся сюда еще. И настоятельно всем рекомендуем!

Pros:

This hotel is an excellent choice! Small hotel (about 5 rooms) with beautiful garden. It has a very good location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and impressively clean (something unusual in Sri Lanka)). The breakfast was pretty big and tasty. Our host, Elena, was friendly and helped us arrange a sightseeing tour and transfer at a great price. Highly recommended!

Очень рекомендую этот отель. Отличное расположение, пляж, магазины, кафе, все в шаговой доступности. Номера очень уютные, со вкусом, по домашнему, все очень чисто. Уборку производят ежедневно . Утром вкусный завтрак. Хозяйка Елена, русская женщина, очень внимательная, доброжелательная. Оперативно решает все вопросы, рассказывает, советует, помогает во всем. Организовывает трансфер, экскурсии. Чувствуется, что бизнес строит с душой, все продумано до мелочей и создано с теплом!

A little gem on the ocean
Pros:

The perfect place for a stay in Trincomalee at the beach. It’s only a few steps away. The rooms are individually decorated beautifully and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and Elena is so sweet and helpful, she kept asking us daily if all was OK and if we need anything. The breakfast was very good also. Everything was perfect.
