Very pleased, all five of our team enjoyed the stay, we will be back next year.
Pros:

Friendly service, flexibility and understanding over breakfast times. It is set in a pretty, quiet village, a perfect distance from Spa circuit, with Stavelot well-placed for dinner options. Easy parking right outside.

Cons:

It will be nice when they can serve evening meals. Worth mentioning the local tourist charges, not a problem, but it would have been easier to pay on first arrival.

Heel gezinsvriendelijk, super ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, ideale rustige ligging om te wandelen

Goede ligging, vriendelijke mensen, alles was prima

Cons:

99% was goed, als ik 1 iets negatief zou moeten zeggen is dat er in de kamer naast ons een hond was die nog rond 23 uur luid blafte terwijl 1 kind al sliep in onze kamer. Er was nog een hond boven op een kamer ook maar die was gelukkig stiller.

Le cadre environnant et l’hébergement sont très beaux et très propres. Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et varié en plus d’être qualitatif. Le personnel agréable et attentif (petit déjeuner plus tôt que prévu, merci encore)La mise à disposition d’un local à vélos.

Cons:

La lumière orange permanente en-dessous des enseignes issues de secours dans la chambre.
Les toilettes non séparés.
L’insonorisation des chambres (heureusement nos voisins se sont couchés tôt)
La système de télévision (2 chaînes par câble, sinon il faut passer par chrome cast qui n’a pas fonctionné nous concernant)

Simply excellent and highly recommended!!
Pros:

All the provided facilities were excellent. The instructions for arriving and obtaining access to the room were seamless and clear. The level of hosting was exceptional and communication with our host Simon was easy, welcoming and reassuring, making for a very pleasant experience. The location is beautiful, set in a pretty hamlet/village in the verdant rolling countryside. The property is a beautiful historic building and the decor and materials used to convert the structure are of the highest quality. The bedrooms and communal areas are beautiful and so tastefully designed and decorated. It feels like a luxury establishment within a homely and personal environment. It is by far the best sleep we have had in a hotel. The crisp white cotton bedlinen did not go un noticed.
Unfortunately, tainting this otherwise very enjoyable stay in this gem of a hotel, we had a personal emergency develop on the morning of our departure. However, our wonderful host Simon could not have been more helpful and accommodating in supporting and assisting us to resolve our emergency, despite having other guests to tend to! His professionalism deserves special recognition. Thank you so much Simon!

Cons:

Please view this as constructive criticism, but the one pillow provided for each person was so airy and soft, giving zero to little head/neck support. We brought our own pillows (from previous experience!) so it did not affect our otherwise high quality stay. Also, the hosting is of such a high standard we've no doubt extra pillows would be provided upon request. We can't think of anything else whatsoever to criticise the hotel for!
