Pros:

The currency exchange office is in the hotel.

Cons:

Poor English. Tiny rooms. The hotel floors are situated in a building shared with other organizations. Hustle and bustle.

Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Auch das Bad war nützlich eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft sprach leider niemand englisch und die Kommunikation war für ein "International Hotel" sehr schwierig. Das Café / die Bar hatte leider geschlossen und im Restaurant wurde ich weggeschickt, weil ich nur ein Heißgetränk bestellen wollte und kein Essen.

it had what i needed for my stay.
Pros:

The house keepers did an amazing job and the front desk was helpful.

Cons:

The money exchange area was not accommodating. I was not able to exchange money from there. I tried to exchange cash, and they expected to have the cash not have any bends or be from a recent date. In my country we don't deal with dates on the cash and wallets will always bend the cash. It was too specific.

Despite nice staff, the whole stay was frustrating!
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly superb for how much I paid. No complaint about that. Also the staff would deliver it to your room. The bedsheets are clean. Drinks provided in the fridge.

Cons:

No staff there could speak English. I had a hard time communicating with the staff there even most of them were nice and trying to help. But it's just bizarre that no one speaks English at a hotel which is centrally located in the capital city. Also the lock didn't work so I was moved to another room and locked myself out once. Again their lock sucks!
They didn't make my bed or clean my room for the first few nights. I don't know why. I had to ask for toiletries several times before they gave it to me. I don't know if it's due to language barrier or toiletries were expensive to them. Because it was snowing and the snow melted, they didn't keep the steps dry and I felt on my butt... How the hotel functioned was so weird to me, like I couldn't just go in the elevator and press the button to go to my floor. Instead, the staff had to use their card to get you to your floor EVERY SINGLE TIME. How inconvenient?

there was no buffet breakfast. I didn't like the neighbors on the floor, the company of young people coming for 1 night.
