Pros:

Lovely building & location. Exceptionally kind & helpful front desk & polite staff. Nice quiet clientele, good breakfast, nice balcony.

Cons:

Room was cold. I tried the thermostat but it made no sense. Wore a woolen hat. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no other roll anywhere. Could’ve been awkward!
I don’t understand the showers in many euro hotels… a short hinged piece of glass on a tub… you have to manage the shower head or you’ll soak the bathroom. Strange.

Le surclassement dans une chambre avec vue, le spa inclut dans le prix de la chambre (qu’ils ouvrent à la demande).
Chambre très confortable

Cons:

Pas de prise secteur proche des chevets, le gel douche vide à notre arrivée, manque de choix sucrés pour le petit déjeuner (types crêpes cake ou pancakes).

A wonderful pre Christmas break in a cozy hotel with great staff
Pros:

Good variety for breakfast. The lounge area is snug with a fire and great bar. We had the hotel dinner on the last night which was fabulous and they catered off menu for the children. It's a big meal so couldn't do it every night. The room had a decent amount of storage space (especially given it's size). Close to walk to the center. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

As all ski hotels seem to be - it was a bit overheated at night. Room sizes are true to the pictures! Fitting two teenagers and two adults into a family room was a tight squeeze but we knew what we were letting ourselves in for.
