Well far below 3 star rating! It is definitely not a 3 star hotel.
Pros:

The restaurant had excellent breakfast and meals. The staffs were friendly, attentive and overall is clean. Would give 5 star rating.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was far below expectations. There appears to be little concern for housekeeping standards, and the overall maintenance is substandard. The bedsheets and towels were old and had become off-white over time.

Worst of all, the hotel does not provide an iron and ironing board in each room. Instead, a single ironing station is placed in the corridor for all guests to share. Imagine how awkward and inconvenient it is to have to iron your clothes outside your room in a public corridor.

Breakfast was basic but good. The room we stayed in was spacious and offered a view of the Velankanni church. The hotel is close to the church

Pleasant Stay!
Pros:

Proximity to the church and the church view. The restaurant too was very good and the staff was excellent very kind and helpful
