Pros:

o hotel agora odo renovado m uma area espetacular de lazer com lago e campo de golfe. acho que deveriam investir mais em terem atividades para os hospedes, como pescaria, professor de tenis, mini golfe etc.

Chuveiro frio, fraca receptividade.
Pros:

Eu já havia ido varias vezes quando era Monte Verde Resort. De lá pra cá, piorou muito, muito mesmo. Preço nao é compativel com o que oferece.
Pontos fracos: Café da manhã: poucas opçoes, bolos de saquinho de supermercado e pratos quentes como bacon, ficam esfriando num pote de plástico, sem contar no café que era um conilon de má qualidade, O suco é servido em garrafas individuais de vidro, fazendo você pegar mais do que deveria, se optassem pelo básico (e normal suco numa jarra).

A estrutura do hotel era um ponto forte, porém agora é melancólica. Um lago imenso, nao tem um pedalinho q seja. Se vc quiser ir nas trilhas, tem que pagar extra! O golfe também é pago por fora, logo, acaba q nao sobra nada pra fazer msm.

A noite colocaram uma musica ao vivo, com um cantor esforçado até, mas o som estava alto, chegando nos quartos, e apesar de reclamar, pouco foi feito.

O chuveiro nao esquenta de forma digna. A sugestao da atendente foi deixar a agua descendo 10 MINUTOS até esquentar. (que ECO é esse??). Resumindo, saio com sentimento que o hotel FINGE ter preocupacoes ambientais apenas isso.

Quanto ao atendimento, tive um problema na reserva, por engano comprei sem jantar (mesmo pagando mais caro). Tentei pagar a diferença para ter direito ao jantar, expliquei demonstrando que foi um equívoco, tentei resolver de todas as maneiras, mas a postura arrogante e inflexivel da pessoa do setor financeiro coroou minha estadia com chave de ouro. Lamentável.
