I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Basic facilities were not provided properly. They didn’t even offer complimentary water bottles. The AC was leaking continuously, making the room damp and uncomfortable. The blankets were extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. Even the bathroom was in terrible condition — the taps were broken and difficult to use.

Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they seriously improve their hygiene and basic services.
