Cons:

Booked room with break fast and when hotel staff called we informed the we will come in midnight 1 am.. While check in they informed that break fast can not be given for this booking you have to pay again for breakfast. Then atleast I asked them for room service they said yes sir we will bring food to room up on order.. However in the morning I asked them for breakfast theu denied to bring food to room they said u have come down to restaurant for breakfast.... And if I question anything the answer was same "any more doubt u have to come and ask the hotel manager when he is available".

There was a constant odor the moment I was out of the room, although the rooms were kept really clean. However, the lawn area and the corridors could smell better.
