A big headache, honestly was the worst hotel & customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The A/C was not properly working. The bathrooms were not clean and very untidy, especially the toilets. There was also no hot water and we asked them to come help us with it and they didn’t. They then told us that the water reaches a certain temperature which felt like ice water, not even the slightest bit lukewarm. We booked the room for three people and they only gave us one towel so we had to ask for more and they took forever to get us those amenities. They also charged me extra for my daughter (teenager) because apparently the room was only for two people but on booking.com it said max capacity was three people. The rooms are disgustingly small and they charged us for an extra “bed” which was a dirty mattress we had to put on the floor. We ordered room service as well, the food was overly priced and when we asked for a plate and utensils, they didn’t give us them. Overall I paid roughly Rs. 3,500 and the food was Rs. 500, this was such a horrible experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else or with a relative so you don’t experience the same headache we did.

Cons:

The front desk people didn't ask whether the payment went through as I belived it's been paid.During checkout, I was shocked to know that it didn't go through and it delayed my exit.
