Experiencia pésima. Teníamos la reserva confirmada con antelación, pero al llegar (tras 18 horas de viaje en total, sumando vuelo + coche ) el establecimiento estaba cerrado, con un cartel en la puerta que decía “cerrado por descanso del personal”.

Nadie nos avisó previamente, ni contestaron al llamar ni al tocar la puerta. Mi amigo, agotado, de noche y con lluvia, tuvo que marcharse a buscar otro hotel. Por suerte encontró uno cercano, pero esto no debería haber pasado jamás.

Muy mala gestión y cero profesionalidad. Booking debería revisar a quién permite estar en su plataforma.

Hotel abierto restaurante cerrado.por falta de personal.me hacen un bocata..y gracias. Desayuno sólo bollería industrial

Good value hotel, just off the A6 yet quiet. Good food at good value in the restaurant.
Pros:
