Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nah am Bahnhof und der Promenade mit viel Gastronomie.
Es war ruhig. Man konnte gut schlafen.
Das Wifi hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss und die vorbeiziehenden Boote.

Cons:

Das Bett könnte größer sein und der TV an der Wand wurde hinter dem Bett angebracht. Nicht sehr vorteilhaft

Zu teuer für das Mini-Zimmer mit Mini-Betten.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Das lassen sie sich auch gut bezahlen. Wir hatten Zimmer 7.2. Tolle Aussicht aus den Dachflächenfenstern zur Residenz Hohe Düne und wenn man weit nach rechts schaut zum Anleger der Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß und äußerst spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine Bilder, keine Nachttische und ein "selbstgebauter" Kleiderschrank. Das Bad war groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind nur für Zwerge geeignet, klein und schmal. Für Menschen über 1,75 m nicht zu empfehlen. Nochmal würden wir dort nicht schlafen. Das allerbeste war der Konferenzraum auf der 7. Etage, der für Gäste frei zugänglich ist. Der Blick auf den Alten Strom über Rostock und auf die See ist atemberaubend. Man kann dort seinen selbstgemachten Morgenkaffee trinken und diese fantastische Aussicht genießen. Alles in allem: Zu teuer für das winzige Zimmer, Parkplatz kostet noch extra. Und ein Getränkeautomat, wo man sich abends noch ein Bier holen kann, wäre auch ein guter Service.

Für einen Kurzurlaub bestens geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, man ist in weniger als 2 Minuten im Geschehen an der Mittelmole. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, 12€ pro Tag.

Cons:

Eine Zimmerreinigung bzw einen Handtuchwechsel gab es bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten nicht.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel in einer super Lage
Pros:

Lage der Unterkunft, Sauberkeit und die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die schon lange dort arbeitet.

Cons:

Die neue junge Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, unfreundlich, arrogant, der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und schiebt selbst gemachte Fehler auf die Kollegin. Unmöglich.
Der Fön im Badezimmer ist leider nicht
warm, Frager unbrauchbar

Wenn Warnemünde dann Wirotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal am Check Inn. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Sehr nah an allem aber nicht zu nahe an den Touristenströmen. TOP.

Super Aufenthalt, wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Parkplatz war am Hotel vorhanden. Uns wurde beim Check in angeboten die Aussicht aus dem Konferenzraum im 7. OG mal zu genießen. Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Lage ist super.

Very disappointing experience regarding the parking situation. The hotel clearly advertised parking as included in the facilities and reservation details, but when we arrived, we were told there were no available spaces and no proper solution was offered. We were forced to park the car 15 minutes away from the hotel and pay extra for it. This is a serious lack of transparency and organization. It is not acceptable to advertise included parking and then leave guests without any option upon arrival. Unfortunately, this negatively affected our entire stay.
