Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad verfügt über eine perfekte Dusche, was sonst selten ist. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Warnemünde und Anbindung mit der S Bahn nach Rostock.
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt auf der Mittelmole von Warnemünde. Eigener Parkplatz zu guten Preisen. Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür in der Nähe super Frühstücksangebote. Jede Etage hat eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Eine gute Übernachtungsadresse in Warnemünde direkt am Meer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zum Bahnhof Warnemünde. Das Einchecken war problemlos möglich. Der Blick aus den oberen Stockwerken auf Hafen und Stadt ist toll.

Cons:

Im Hotel gibt es kein Frühstück (aber wohl in Restaurants in der Nähe), dafür aber auf jedem Stock (außer dem 7.) eine Küche zur Selbstnutzung. Der Aufzug machte beim Betrieb seltsame Geräusche, was aber mit einem Aushang erklärt wurde. Bei dieser Buchung kam es im Nachgang zu einem Pishing-Versuch, was aber mutmaßlich nicht am Hotel, sondern wieder einmal an Booking lag.

Cons:

Handhabung Gebühren für Hotelparkplatz. Habe bislang noch nie Nachzahlen müssen, wenn ich das Fzg. erst am Abend des Check-Outs abgeholt habe. Beim Wirotel muss das Auto spätestens bis 12 Uhr vom Parkplatz entfernt werden, sonst gibt es eine Parkplatz-Late-Check-Out Gebühr in Höhe von 6 Euro.
