Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar Ausflugstipps.
Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer nicht okay

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im Harz
Pros:

Urige alte "Villa" mit viel Charme und guter Lage zur historischen Altstadt.
Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich, Zimmer groß und gemütlich. Getränke im Kühlschrank immer verfügbar zu sehr fairen Preisen.

Cons:

Den DDR-Charme roch man im urigen Treppenhaus (aber nicht in den Zimmern) ein wenig durch.
Der typische Wofasept-Geruch steckt noch im alten Holz, da kann man nichts machen.

Prima Aufenthalt in Wernigerode
Pros:

Lage am Rande dennoch nahe der historischen Altstadt und am Fuße des Schlosses, nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Gutes Frühstück, toller Blick auf die Stadt. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung.

Cons:

Bad ohne Fenster, etwas eng, Dusche mit hohem Einstieg.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein leckeres Frühstück und ein schönes Zimmer – wir waren im Nebengebäude. Auch die Lage ist super: Die Innenstadt ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, kommen aber gerne wieder und bleiben dann auch länger.

Cons:

Parkplätze etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat gleich alles erklärt.

Die Lage und das alte Gemäuer hatte Charme. Das Frühstück erschien mir ausbaufähig. Die Ruhe war sehr erholsam.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Excellent location and a wonderful villa! It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the castle, which was perfect for us. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel kindly left us a small gift and a lovely card with warm wishes. Such a thoughtful touch! Thank you for making our stay so special!
