Fast perfekt.
Pros:

Das Hauptgebäude war sehr schön und man konnte sich nicht satt sehen.

Wir sind begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Beim Einchecken wurden wir freundlich empfangen und bekamen Tipps für Unternehmungen während des Aufenthalts.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig, die Auswahl groß; es wurde laufend nach-/aufgefüllt, und der Service war schnell und sehr aufmerksam.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr schön, stil-/geschmackvoll und funktional und die Aussicht aus den Zimmern phantastisch, denn aufgrund der Hanglage des Schlossberghotels konnte man sehr weit schauen.
Es gab die Möglichkeit sich jederzeit mit gekühlten Getränken zu versorgen - es genügte ein Eintrag der Zimmernummer und die Angabe der Getränke oder Snacks.

Cons:

Ein Gast hat Zigarre geraucht und der Nikotingeruch stieg aus dem Gartenbereich hinauf in die geöffneten Fenster. Aber dafür konnte das Personal nichts, denn es gibt sogar einen kleinen überdachten Raucherbereich.
Im Haus ist Rauchen nicht gestattet, und das wurde auch eingehalten.

Beautiful heritage hotel
Pros:

Loved the beautiful old buildings that the hotel occupies. The Annex room was very spacious, great bathroom and excellent buffet breakfast included in the room rate. It’s also in an excellent location close to both the centre of the old town and the walking trails through the Forrest and up to the Castle.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a kettle! We would have loved to be able to make a cup of tea late in the day.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die hervorragende Lage – sowohl das Schloss als auch die Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – sowie das gemütliche und stilvolle Ambiente. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsberei

Nice hotel with a great terrace for breakfast
Pros:

- Big room (number 5) and quiet
- Breakfast on the terrace
- Chance to have lactose free milk for breakfast
- Easy self check-in with the instructions on the box, next to the entrance + the code sent via email
- Parking next to the Villa and under the guest house
- Very close to the city center
- Literally in front of the path that brings you to the castle
