Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu der Fussgängerzone.
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl.
Das Frühstück ist sehr herzlich und frisch zubereitet.
An vorgegeben Abenden wird die Weinbar geöffnet und man bekommt eine sehr nette Beratung über einige Weine.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist etwas entfernt jedoch auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Angenehm und schön.
Pros:

Ein absolut schönes Hotel mit perfekter Ausstattung und Ambiente. Das Zimmer mit großem Bad war einfach wunderschön, schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren.

Cons:

Absolut nichts.

They have my favourite brand of amenities (Rituals), I loved the decorations of the room, and also the breakfast
onve booked, they provide many instructions by e-mail which set the expectations even providing option to cancel beforehand if it did not meet your expectations.
I got the small room they mentioned it is missing desk and wardrobe, for me was not that much needed, as I stayed only one night. Worked pretty well.

Cons:

The breakfast was missing items - due to many guest coming on the same time, replacing the food was quite difficult I assume. I would like to suggest to add some cakes or other options for veggies, as all of them were with mayo or mixed with something as salads.
Would be nice to have also hair conditioner, not only shampoo and soap.
Even though the TV in the room are smart, they dont connect with the wifi, so I couldnt watch netflix or anyother provider.

Sehr charmantes kleines Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre in zentraler Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer (wir hatten das Turmzimmer).
Das Frühstück war absolut fantastisch, super Auswahl, ohne überladen zu sein. Frühstückswünsche wurden zusätzlich noch erfragt und erfüllt. Die selbstgemachten Salate waren absolut lecker!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympathisch.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Auch nach längerem Überlegen fällt uns nichts ein.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Wernigerode. Zimmer wirklich modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, Frühstück sehr lecker, mit selbstgemachten Salaten und Rührei nach Wunsch zubereitet. Unsere Ewartungen waren hoch und wurden übertroffen!
