Pros:

Close to the airport, with a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Very, very friendly staff. An excellent hotel for an overnight stay before continuing to your next destination

Everything was excellent for the purpose for which we stayed at the hotel.

Very convenient and comfy hotel, very near to the airport.
Pros:

Very convenient hotel only at a short distance from the airport. Very comfy beds. Free shuttle bus. Ideal also to spend your last night in Tana or a few hours before your international flight.

Cons:

If you are on a self drive the hotel is a bit difficult to find despite the two big panels on the main road. Maps.me pointed us in right direction (to enter a narrow street), but this was not totally clear.

Cons:

Les chambres ne correspondent pas à celles qui étaient décrites dans le contrat de réservation, pas de vue jardin mais plutôt vue sur chantier bruyant. Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres.
Le personnel n'est pas au courant des informations enregistrées sur booking.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Cons:

The main area for improvement would be the lack of a lift. We were initially placed on the third floor, which made carrying luggage and accessing the room quite difficult. A lift would make the hotel much more accessible and convenient, particularly for guests with mobility difficulties or heavy luggage.

Great all round hotel close to the airport with friendly and helpful staff and good facilities.
Pros:

The hotel was located perfectly for an overnight stay between flights. When our outbound flight was delayed by 10 hours we were able to extend by an extra day and make the most of the on-site spa, restaurant and pool. The complimentary airport shuttle saved a lot of hassle going both ways and well worth requesting.

Cons:

As it was the end of our stay we were under the impression we could use/exchange Euros but there was never enough cash available. Not a problem overall as we were able to use Visa but worth being aware.

Great value
Pros:

The room was a good size. It had everything you need including a balcony overlooking the pool. The gardens are manicured. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. The food was good with a good variety. The airport shuttle is a bonus.
