Loved
Pros:

We had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and the executive suite was fabulous. We chanced upon this gem after a truly awful experience elsewhere and I seriously wish we had stayed here both nights. Food was delicious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was amazing large bath and a walk in shower. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Lovely location, great vibe

Would have preferred to sleep in old part of building rather than new. Bit room was lovely. Just quite modern.

Don’t stay here.
Cons:

Don’t stay here. We stayed at this property for one night - taking the most expensive rooms for our family for a wedding nearby. We were at the property to a grand duel total of about 6hrs.
Out of the blue, over 24hrs after our stay the owner claimed we had broken two glass tables in one of the suites - didn’t ask any questions or inform us of incoming charge, but took charges from the cc on file at his will. Failed to respond to follow up email requesting information. Con.

Best chocolate mouse. Ever.
Pros:

Food and service were excellent. We ate in the bar food area and it was lovely. The dessert was the best chocolate mousse in the world. I know, I've eaten most of them!
