Comfortable spacious room, definitely recommend staying here.
Pros:

I really liked the location to the wedding venue we attended. It had an amazing restaurant, the food was exceptional and the staff were all very friendly which made the place feel very welcoming. We had a room in the out building and it was lovely. Had a private patio area and the room was very well equipped with complimentary mini bar, tv, air conditioning and a very well maintained and designed room with a beautiful bathroom.

Cons:

I feel as though the breakfast although very delicious, there could have been slightly larger portions. And I would have liked some fresh juices available. This may have been due to the volume of guests as it was mid week so would understand that they may not display this and waste food or drink. Apart from that small point I was very impressed and the waitress was very polite and friendly and attentive.

Just what we wanted.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Good location. Clean & comfortable.

Cons:

We were only there 1 night, so slept, had breakfast & left. There’s a lot we didn’t experience.

Would recommend to family and friends, we had a wonderful stay. Convenient for local attractions.
Pros:

Lovely room, great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Food in the restaurant was good quality and reasonably priced. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served.

Cons:

Because of the very hot weather air conditioned bedroom would have been an advantage.

Kurz gesagt: alles! Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. OG über eine Treppe erreichbar. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant haben wir auch genutzt und waren vom Essen und Service begeistert. Gemütlich konnten wir beim Frühstück in den Tag starten. Hier konnten wir aus einer kleinen Auswahl das Passende zusammenstellen und es wurde am Tisch serviert. Sehr gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Auch hier war der Service hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war. Vielen Dank.

Perfect comfortable retreat
Pros:

Lovely feel to the place, room spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good. It was perfect choice for our one night away

Cons:

We ate in the restaurant and had to ask twice for a few things. Minor, but some people might have been frustrated by this. Service at breakfast could not have been any better than it was. Spot on.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The cleanest of our room and the whole Inn was excellent.

A thoroughly brilliant short break away - highly recommended
Pros:

This is a superbly run pub and accommodation venue - thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly staff and excellently equipped bar and rooms. Can't recommend this quintessentially British pub highly enough!

Perfect short stay
Pros:

Lovely rural pub and short distance to Beaconsfield/Marlow/Henley. Rooms are very well equipped with air con. Parking available. Pub food very good quality. We had a garden room with doors opening to two chairs and a table for drink in the evening or morning coffee outside. Our 2nd visit staying in this pub and will return here when visiting the area again .
