El personal tienen muy buena armonía, son unos profesionales y muy simpáticos, están a gusto trabajando que eso muy importante en especial LUIS y su compañero en recepción y en el comedor BELEN es muy profesional,

Por decir algo falta iluminación en el parque exterior de los niños y en la terraza me faltó algún sitio para después de almorzar para tomar una infusión y un café no que tenía que ir a la piscina, estaría bueno una cafetería express. Falta en l habitación renovación por ejemplo cambiar dorlin por led en la cocina y en el baño cambiaría decoración y horarios del bar , una cosa PONDRIA LOS LETREROS DE LOS NOMBRES DEL PERSONAL MAS GRANDE ES DIFÍCIL VERLO , REPARARIA ZONA DE CAMPO DE APARCAMIENTO QUE ESTA EN TERRIZO

El personal encantador.
La limpieza de diez.
La distribución del hotel es cómoda y adecuada a sus dimensiones.

Cons:

Las camas del dormitorio hacen mucho ruido al moverse, y eso impide el completo descanso.

El cuarto de baño es muy grande, pero se le nota que algunos elementos lo han dado todo... La bañera estaba bastante castigada.

El buffet del desayuno fenomenal. Pero para las comidas y las cenas, se hace un poco repetitivo. Para tres o cuatro días bien, pero para estancias más largas...

El estado del mini-golf es bastante mejorable.

Amazing Splash Park and All inclusive food was top notch.
Pros:

Had everything you need for a perfectly convenient family holiday.

Cons:

Unfortunately it does not supply air con in the rooms out of summer season which we found hard to sleep in at night giving it was 24 degrees one of the days we stayed. The room took in a lot of heat this day and we all struggled to sleep that night.

Great stay and friendly staff
Pros:

I liked the hotel very much. The inside its very cute with that water in the middle. The staff were very friendly and very nice everyone. Housekeeping girls very friendly and saying good morning. Food choices it was ok and the theme night its a brilliant idea.

Cons:

I didn't like that for us, who is all inclusive why you have to pay extra for swimming in the heated pool, especially when the weather outside it was not so hot. If its all inclusive it should be all for free that's why I paid for that option. Also when I booked it, it showed heated pool, turkish bath and everything. Don't put it there as an option if you have to pay for that extra. People expect it to be free if its all inclusive.

Personalen vid restaurangen var topp, även buffen var bra, med mycket urval! Öppettider överlag var bra! Parkeringen var stor, fast det var mycket folk!

Cons:

Receptionspersonalen var inte vänliga och ej flexibla! All Inclusive var ej all-inclusive, fanns inte ens kaffe vid/efter lunchen. Rummet var gammalt och ej bra standard, behöver renoveras, eller i alla fall målas!

Fantástica opción para familias
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Sobre todo las animadoras infantiles (Lucías) y otro animador que siempre estaban muy alegres y pendientes de los peques. Las camareras de piso y el personal de restaurante, también agradables y atentos.
La calidad y la variedad del buffet (no repitieron en los días que estuvimos). Es verdad que solo hay un restaurante, pero nada repetitivo y, quizás por las fechas, no había apenas cola ni para entrar ni para la comida. Lo que sí recomiendo es poner más de un microondas.

Cons:

La dureza de los colchones de las habitaciones, poco cómodos.
La hora de animación infantil (mini disco) puede ser mejorable. Aunque Lucía es súper agradable, hemos estado en varios complejos hoteleros y en este tipo de actividades hacen especie de musicales con la mascota del hotel y coreografías con más monitores.

Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Riu Costa del Sol ha sido simplemente fantástica. Desde el primer momento, el ambiente, la limpieza y la atención del personal hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

El bufet es uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del hotel: muy variado, con opciones para todos los gustos y una calidad excelente tanto en desayunos como en comidas y cenas. Siempre había platos frescos, bien presentados y reposición constante, algo que se agradece mucho en este tipo de servicios.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Belén y Mar, dos camareras excepcionales que marcaron la diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Su trato cercano, profesionalidad y simpatía hicieron que cada comida fuese aún más agradable. Da gusto encontrarse con personas que trabajan con tanta dedicación y cariño.

Las camas me las esperaba mejores, pero aún así eran cómodas

Ok to visit to experience but we won’t return

I liked the pool side they opened ecen it was in season and the spa inside. most of the staff are happy and good customer service

Rock hard beds. It’s not really an all inclusive hotel if you purchase that.
No ashtrays in rooms. Showers don’t work well.
They choose a cocktail you have to pay for daily even if it’s on the all inclusive list. The entertainment was awful only good one was Spanish dance. not much going on. They advertise access to this and that but it’s not open and you’re not told at time of booking advertising is wrong- they say that ice cream is available for all inclusive but there is not one available They don’t heat the pool at all outside even tho it’s freezing. One particular man who never smiled and always made you feel rushed. food is a hit and miss. Gaming room closed. kids got bored badly. Pool table broken. Takes money ask got someone to come to return money or fix and no one ever came or bothers. One Free visit to spa per stay but the lady tried to charge us. swimming caps must be worn and cost 3.50 also each, you don’t keep them either.
No beach towel ticket given and didn’t even know until customer advised. Could have been better. We visited holiday village years ago and was proper good but this one not really. wouldn’t return
