The property has been very tastefully refurbished. Lovely toiletries / great hairdryer. Restaurant was good for an evening meal Very clean with good tea coffee facilities and warm staff
They got us a fan, but on one of the warmest days of the year our room was very warm. In the winter it would be super cosy but on such a hot day we were trying to find space for all the cushions etc
Everything is new. Clean. Quiet.
We have stayed here a number of times now, the food is excellent, breakfast - evening meals both have a lot to choose from. If you are going to stay so you can go walking, cycling or visiting the near by Zip World attractions then the hotel is for you.

Newly decorated rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly. We had the cooked breakfast in the morning, reasonably priced and very tasty 😋. Parking is across the road but it's free if you're staying in the hotel.

Beautifully renovated rooms, stunning location. Loved the Nespresso in room!
No views from windows. Wet paint on walls in corridors from renovations which can't be helped and we didn't mind really.
Stayed in room 10, all I could hear was doors banging until 11pm. Not ideal when I had a 6am start.
Excelente localização, principalmente para quem vai subir o Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) pelas trilhas Pyg Track e a Miner's Track. Confortável, ótima cama e chuveiro muito bom.
