N/A
Nice, modern and tidy.
Felt expensive
Excellent location Dog friendly
I would have liked a gluten free marked menu, but the food was good.
Superbly situated for access to Moel Siabod ( the mountain ) & Eryri National Parc.
Road noise from the A5 can be problematic if your windows are open.
The location is good, not a busy area, therefore it was quiet. The menu at the restaurant is very good and the food was delicious. The staff we met were nice.
You have to cross the main road to access the car park. Not ideal especially if you carry languages. I didn't like my room, but it's a personal expectation.
The room was fine for a one-night stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, which made it easy to relax after a long day. While the room itself felt a bit dated, there wasn’t a nice window to look out. The dinner we had at the property was good!
The kitchen was quite loud at times, we could hear from our room. Additionally, noise from the room next to us was noticeable, which made it harder to fully relax during our stay.
Staff were friendly and really welcoming, good WiFi signal and facilities in the bedroom. The bunk bed double was cramped but for what we needed it suited us.
The food was very expensive and we didn't see any children's options. Whilst the portion sizes were generous it did put us off buying breakfast the following day. As a family of five it just priced us out a bit so we had food en route through Betws Y Coed instead.
Everything was perfect, staff friendly, food great. Perfect location for exploring
Great location, easy check in and staff were great
I needed to check out early, but there wasn’t any drop box for the room key. It wasn’t an emergency so didn’t want to ring the bell “incase of an emergency call night porter” I didn’t want to be a bother.
Pleasant staff and lovely food
Room decor dated and misaligned with.modern entrance & restuarant
Friendly staff, and room clean
Bar prices expensive
Location , history of the place and friendly staff
Breakfasts not included with accommodation.. £13 per adult. I remember the previous owner had this all included
felt very welcome clean comfy and great staff. food was really nice. Caroline and Sam were so friendly
Location is great for adventures. Breakfast was lovely and being able to eat in the pub at night was very handy. The shower was good pressure. Once I had worked out how to use the heater, it was warm in the room but very cold when I arrived.
The room wasn’t the cleanest, with dirt and dust showing from under the bed, and there was water left in the kettle from previous people. It was very noisy, could hear people snoring in rooms next door and every time anyone walked along the corridor, it woke me up.
Good food friendly staff excellent location all good
Satisfied with everything
Location / parking / bar / breakfast
Bed was uncomfortable / the noise from the door on the landing and when you try and explain they don’t listen and blame other hotel guests
