Unfriendly and inexperienced staff, our requests before check in were not arranged despite management approval, dinner was an expensive buffet only, the hotel needs upkeep. There are much better hotels in Bloemfontein at a cheaper price as well in my opinion.

Terrible customer service.
Cons:

Poor communication by the staff. I forgot an item at the hotel. The hotel staff did not take initiative to communicate that they had found it in the room.

It’s a case of, let’s see if he’ll ask for it. Each time I asked about it, they promise to call back and never do.
