How to get there, we got a pin from them which got us to gate to an estate where we were tolde couldn't enter
The Suite with its plunge pool was magnificent. The room and facilities were great.
The food was terrible. They advertise on their website “ 5 course meal with best wines” “unforgettable gastronomic dining experience...”
I booked to experience this for my birthday and there was 1 starter that was aweful, choice of 2 main meals which were really bad and a chocolate cake for desert. Apparently they have not had their advertised dinner choice for over a year.
1 temp staff that worked really hard to check you in, serve you in the restaurant, bring you a drink etc who did an outstanding job by himself but no sight or greeting by the owner or manager. Very disappointed

The entry and exit restrictions of the estate is a bother. They should try and arrange that one can use any of the entrances/ exits. I also propose that they have pluger coffee and a plunger available for general use, not just one serving. The instant coffee in the roommis out of kilter with the quality of the rest of the offering.
What a stunning, unique, hideaway near Bloemfontein! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Johannes was an exceptional host, and the surroundings were exceptionally calm.

The room was extremely comfortable. Johannes was our host who really looked after us with any request. The Breakfast and Dinner could not have been better and compliments to the chef ! An amazing experience in Bloemfontein.
