It was used by a company running coach trips. The people were elderly. Why no hearing?
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Staff were polite.

Cons:

It was cold. The heating in our room was not on. In the Lounge in the evening it was very chilly; people were sitting with their coats on and others collected blankets from reception. It was dated and in need of refurbishing.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, great breakfast and actually had the Earl Grey tea I love.

Cons:

There was nothing i didn't like, however as a disabled individual I found the toilet cramped and bath/shower unable to access.

Cons:

Confusion between Booking.com and the hotel re complimentary? continental breakfast. The issue was never resolved by either party

Cons:

The room was functionable however a spot light shone into room early evening till23.00 so needed to draw curtains but needed to keep window open as hot . The road was quite noisy Possibly basic soap / shower gel would be a benefit
