Very comfortable.

Just the location this time

Cons:

The treatment from the staff. I paid breakfast for my son and his aunt when they got yo the dining area the staff did not want to assist them saying that I have not paid and it was traumatic for my son as I was not there at that moment. My son had to call me crying the staff did not even bother to call until I asked my son to give them the phone. Service very poor. That's not all we always use that southern sun in Bloemfontein this time around when we borrowed cutlery we were refused while we booked there.
