Pros:

The location is right behind a mall, which is very convenient when you have kids

The staff is always friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need assistance with. Breakfast was excellent, with enough variety for my very picky kids.

Cons:

The absence of elevators means you have to pull all your luggage up the stairs.

The taps in the bathroom need a little updating, especially on the bathtub.

Flooring in room. No carpets, so it doesnt have that stuffy smell. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.
