Great experience at this hotel! The hotel is fully renovated and looks fantastic — the rooms are beautiful, very comfortable, and well designed.
The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Although the staff were excellent we felt the locals drinking and eating there made us feel alien stopped chatting when we arrived and stared them again when we left to explore the beach. We landed up next door at the Waverley for drinks and food as not stared at felt more comfortable
By the sea.oh the view...great. I could look out over to the west side sea-groin where our family scattered ashes last August (21st). Cleanliness. Cosy gables room. Small bowl by bed for jewellery! Nice white towels. T.v. huge! Immediate help to get up stairs with unwieldy bags and down in the morning by cleaners. Lovely staff.
Not a reflection on above just constructive feedback back. a) The breakfast starts at 8am for me, this stay, a bit late. Though Staff immediately got a sandwich and coffee to go ready, with no fuss. Earlier would've meant more relaxed. Upside I got to talk more with ladies. b) the room a little cramped. A half wardrobe was at an angle, better tucked in to get by/ past telly corner, and smaller telly maybe. c) Need a custom made triangle mirror fixed in to recess on wall above other cupboard and by plug. Makes hair drying instantly easier and reflects light.
d) upper stairwell needs a sensor active light, gloomy dark area.
As always, a friendly welcome and comfortable stay at the Navigator. Rooms have all benefited from a refresh since our last visit. Looking forward to our next stay!

i can't recommend the navigator hotel highly enough. friendly, helpful staff - but never intrusive. hotel restful but not boring. excellent food, very high quality. scrupulously clean with pleasant decor. right on sea front. so happy i chose the navigator, and look forward to return visits - it will feel like going home. it's clear to see they really have the gift to make every guest feel special!

Lovely position for visiting friends .Parked free and easily .Room was not as good this stay .Will probably use the new Premier inn as the price isn't much difference
Bed was uncomfortable. Shower pressure was that bad couldn't wash hair.Annoying noise to do with the water came on and off although stopped after 8pm but started again at 7am.
Very satisfied all round. We hope to be back in the near future. A very friendly atmosphere. Keep up the high standards. Our requests wrre always met with a smile.
