A parte un po’ fuori mano, qual giorno nel letto trovavo tutti piccoli pallini neri che inizialmente pensavo fossero “corteccia” trovandomi in Campania, quando ad un certo punto mi sono vista un topo sul davanzale della finestra.. UN TOPO.
Quando l’ho fatto presente mi hanno cambiato di stanza ma quando ho detto di voler andare via il personale mi ha riferito che non avrebbero potuto rimborsarmi.
Quindi il mio soggiorno di quasi 60€ è stato regalato ad una struttura con un topo.

Pros:

Posizione buona, immersa nella pineta del parco vesuviano. La signora della reception è stata veramente molto gentile e accogliente, sicuramente un punto a favore della struttura

Cons:

Clientela maleducata, gente che parlava a voce alta nei corridoi sia al mattino presto che a notte fonda, alcune sono rimaste anche fino alle 3 e lo staff non è intervenuto. Penso che si dovrebbe tutelare il riposo dei clienti, visto anche che le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate…..

Some of the garden areas require mot love and nurture. But I am sure this is an ongoing process. I would love to create more garden spaces for everyone. Using our 5 senses to attract the mood x

Una struttura che fornisce un'esperienza pratica e comoda
Pros:

È la seconda volta che pernotto in questa struttura e anche stavolta si conferma un ottimo hotel. Il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile e la struttura è molto facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio interno comodissimo. Ho pernottato per una sola notte, ma sono convinto che anche per un periodo piú lungo sarebbe un'ottima soluzione.

Die empfang Personal sehr freundlich
Außerdem ich hab Schuhe vergessen, un der Besitzer hat mir gleich angerufen, um mir zu sagen, So konnte meine Neffe da noch in der Nähe war un konnte mir holen.
Dafür danke ich dir härlischkeit von Personal.

Ligger i ödemarken, massa tomma hotelkomplex runt om. Väldigt lyhört. Väldigt hårda sängar.

meglio evitare
Cons:

Stanza sporca, maleodorante con muffa all'interno. La doccia era tutta rotta e piena di calcare.
Infissi senza zanzariera ( ci siamo svegliati con 5 api nella stanza).
La colazione consiste in un caffè, bottiglietta d'acqua e cornetto vuoto.
Questa struttura non merita neanche una stella
