Right next to the backwaters
The room was overpriced, its a little away from the beach. Breakfast had limited options. Didn’t like the layout of the suite room

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting on the backwaters. Lovely tasty South Indian breakfast.
Noisy tourist neighbour in the next door room, on the one early morning (not the hotel's fault), who was talking very loud.
We were a group of 25 family members who had an enjoyable stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, featuring a good variety buffet/menu. The tea/toast served was particularly enjoyable. The location was beautiful, serene. Suite Rooms overlooked the backwaters directly. beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and great hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The resort exudes tranquility, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and unwinding.
The raised platform for the bed in a Suite poses a safety concern. Unfortunately, one of us fell while getting up at night, which could be problematic for older guests. It would be beneficial to consider making the floor level to enhance safety.
Coordinating dinner orders for larger groups requires advance planning. Informing guests about the need to place dinner orders ahead of time would ensure a smoother dining experience.
The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and attentive. The location is great.
More variety could be offered for breakfast. The courtyard villas need an upgrade.
