Pros:

Most everything but the staff

Cons:

The staff was vary rude and would not give me extra blankets or pillows for my children and refused to give me a roll away bed when I put it on my booking I had to get an air mattress for my child to sleep on he was vary rude

Not impressed wtih the breakfast. food looked unappetizing and tasted kinf of blah.

Cons:

Staff could have explained more to guests who have never stayed at their facility. We expected the room to be made up daily but it was not. For the money, I was not very happy.

Pros:

Upgrade healthier options, eggs and ham tasted very processed.

Cons:

The restaurant was very busy for dinner and understaffed very poor service. The server waitresses was new and doing her best. The Restaurant general manager was rude and unprofessional.

Everything was easy to access and not a far walk! It was very clean and updated lodge decor. The restaurant being connected is a huge plus and the adult swimming hours was the best!!

Cons:

It can get a little noisy with the foot traffic sometimes but it's not a deal breaker.

Nice place.

Cons:

I got there at 9:20 and pretty much everything was closed already. Also, I had a spa suite, which looked very nice and very clean. 10+ on that, but the water did. It get much past tepid so no point in using it.
