Maboneng City Building Free WiFi and Swimming pool

Waiting at the reception from 3 to 5 pm while they are still cleaning the room without even explaining to me. The kitchen has no dish cloth so u wipe even the plates with the toilet paper. They only have knifes in their kitchen drawers meaning even if u eat u use a knife not a spoon.
Their electricity is tempered with so it went off the night we arrived and we slept in the dark. They fixed it the following morning around 9am and we had already had cold shower. The shower has no cover or door so the water spreads around the toilet floor. There's no carpet or mop so I had to use the bath towels they left. They leave only one toilet paper for a 3 night stay so you have to buy your own toilet paper. Come with your soap because they don't provide one.
The pillows smells like dirty gym clothes and my God the extra blankets yooooo 😦. I had to buy doom for mosquitoes. You don't sleep a wink because they decided to mix a hotel and student residence so the noise is unbearable. They entered the room in my absentia and took a towel I had left on the floor and a plastic bath basin but they didn't clean the room. Oh and the rubbish bin is also your baby.
They don't put the wet floor caution pad when they clean their reception. My 3 year old slipped and fell onto their black wet floor polish and the stains won't come off, not to mention my baby could've been injured.
Oh and their fridge is beyond dirty so you have to wipe it with the toilet paper.
All in all that place is a hell hole

Nothing was quite interesting ,a bad place ,horrible,I didn't expect what I saw,I was not even refunded my money

The problem with flashing system

Not clean , towel there like from the street the water was cold no iron there was no one on the reception I called the number that is here on booking the guy said I must wait for him 10 minutes I ended up being assisted by a security I don’t like the fact that they took my passport they say I will get it in the morning that place is a hell hole noise outside people smoking hubly first time sleeping in cbd never again my worst nightmare experience. In the morning im calling this person who was supposed to help me check in he doesn’t answer so that he can sort the water thing he only came back 13:43 just saw a missed call 🚮

I did not like everything about that place, from the location, the building itself, the unit which was not what you have on your ads and the worst part was finding the unit with no electricity during check in and being advised to contact the owner to buy electricity. It was due to these reasons that I opted to cancel my booking immediately.

Not even toilet paper place was dirty

-THERE WAS NO TV!!!!
-THERE IS NO CITY VIEW NOR BALCONY !!!
-NO IRONING FACILITIES!!!
-The pool was closed and dirty , smaller than displayed on the pictures(the pool was what I wanted initially)
-The room was not clean. There was a dreadlock on the couch, a dirty face cloth and a hair removal tool in the bathroom
-the toilet does not work properly, you have to pour water yourself in the toilet to flush it
-the host was rude
-the sheets were dirty , they had a musky smell

The swimming pool was not clean n closed

The place was dirty from the kitchen,the bedroom,shower & toilet. The blankets were smelling,the sheets were not even ironed.

There was cold water in the shower you have to use a kettle to boil water for bathing.

It was so filthy,the floor was dirty and all the house was smelling. It's a noisy place full of students with noise.I will not recommend

The place is not neat, and the are people who permanently staying there. They'll making nose all night... The owner told us to top up electricity if is finished..n he only bought electricity for 50rand... Mind you, we booked for t days for night,self catering... The place doesn't have cleaning materials.. no one comes in n check on us or even change bathroom towels.. the pool ooooooh😭😭😭😭😭😭 it's empty n dirty.. the bed have bed bugs.... That's not a hotel at all... It's not even a BNB... Myb a hostel it's better... The service...it's very poor...

The pool was not working and this is the main reason we booked the place the room we chose was different from the one they had us staying in and they kept saying they will change us rooms

No wi-fii as promised, no TV and streaming ,place no shower towels,no hand soap, no toilet paper,place not clean, it's smells urine on the outside balcony.
Beds in bad condition

The place was very bad,it was nothing compared to what I booked, blankets was darty.,the room was smelling urine. On Saturday electricity was finished we bath with a cold water. THAT PLACE WAS VERY BAD
