Very dirty and noisy

the room was dirty and so was the blanket

The bathroom in the room I was given had water on the floor from the toilet cistern. Blankets were not clean at all and were smelly as well.

There was no warm water Friday. No TV, no kettle. Just room and it is very dirty. Not clean at all. Plugs are broken and walls are very dirty. Can't believe they advertise on Booking.com. DISAPPOINTED ... Whole night noise from people.

-WiFi was too bad
-Kitchen was not good
-No shower gel or soap,hand soap and towels.
-If you went out,when you come back you have to call the staff to open the gate,and they were not answering phone that was very irritating.

Everything from the bed to the shower terrible place I would never recommend a person to go sleep there

First when we got there ,they told us they don’t know about us never get any email no one informed them, they told us they don’t even have space to accommodate us as all rooms were booked .

After I told them we don’t have anywhere to go and we don’t have money as we booked online via booking.com what must I do now and we family of 10 members , the receptionist lady told us she don’t know what she will do it’s not their faulty that we there without us informing them 1st .

Then I started to fight because we were stranded now , after that they told us they don’t have rooms available the only rooms they have is only 3 room and we booked 5rooms for 10 people ,its was a horrible experience,we end up allowing that 3 rooms because we were stranded with no choice .

Place was dirty ,at 23:00 hrs at night the was a noise 2 guy fighting with the receptionist for more than 20 minutes we ended up came out of the rooms to see what happening it was very noisy and we told them we can’t sleep as we also customers here they just ignore us .

at 02:00 early hours of the morning the noise outside the gate for also more than 10minites 4guys drunked shouting for the lady to open up the gate for them as lady didn’t open then they decided to throw stones on top of the roof ,then that when a lady opened the gate for them , as they came in the were making nose ++ left the main door open in the middle of the night.

They failed even to supply us with simple glass for water and plates they don’t have , beds don’t have linen we suppose to asked also.

Nd only got 3rooms instead of 5rooms , while I pay for 5rooms in booking.com

Please booking.com just remove this place from your website because we won’t trust booking .com again.

My payment was deducted twice for one day and was never refunded
