Hospitality, best resort in terms of hospitality. All the staff were so good. Very attentive. Resorts GM was always smiling and gave good advice. Took nice photos of us. On his recommendation did the evening safari with Mr. Anup. Had a fabulous time. Saw elephants, bison(Gaur), spotted dear etc. The lady at F&B was very nice, always smiling. She also gave us a sample of home style local food free for tasting. The spa was also good, took a head neck shoulder massage. The masseuse was trained in Kerala massage and did a good job. Kuruva Island resort and spa is definitely the play to stay while you are in that vicinity.
Shortcomings were overshadowed by smiling faces
I recently stayed at this resort and had a very good experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the people working there were truly kind and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is beautiful, with a peaceful Kabini river view and paddy fields nearby, which add to the calm and natural atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
One thing that really touched us was how the staff arranged a beautiful birthday setup for my daughter on very short notice. It was thoughtful, neatly done, and made the day extra special for her.
The resort is also kids-friendly, with safe areas for children to play and plenty of space for them to have fun. Families will definitely feel at ease here.
The food was another highlight. The vegetarian dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and fresh. We really enjoyed the variety offered.
Overall, this resort offers good hospitality, beautiful views, friendly staff, and great food. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family.
We liked everything about the resort, Mr Anup and team, hosted us well, awsum food, quick service, will plan with our family and friends again. Sincere thanks to all
Cost is high
Cost is very high
Good. Very costly.
Few staff were very good.
Located close to Nagerhole tiger reserve, it offers a good location for those who wanted to go for safari and Wayanad sightseeing. The property is peaceful, well maintained and clean. The staffs were courteous and the food was good
Not worth the money. Didnt felt any luxurious. Felt like a normal average stay. Not at all worth the price. We spend around 12000 rupees for a one day stay. But the room was so normal like an ordinary one.
Personable staff, personalised service, great tips and pointers and good natured people.
They also had some great packages for day trips and safety was assured as the hotel staff was always involved in ensuring the guests were transported properly
A slight issue with instructions given a day prior not followed as we liked but otherwise it was decent.
Climate
Big team, low quality—it's like having a fancy restaurant with a chef who can't boil water!
The staff is very courteous n hospitality is excellent. Entire staff is professinaly well trained.
The provision of hot tap water in the room was not up to the standard. We were compelled to take bath with cold water.
