AWESOME BUNGALOWS, THE ATMOSPHERE IS OUTTA THIS WORLD
Pros:

The actual bungalows, you felt tucked away in the jungle.

Pool felt nice, really cool place.

Cons:

I HATED THE FACT "THE CLUB MED WALL" which people jokingly refer to it as Kata Beach's very own Berlin Wall.

The beaches cant be owned but it makes no difference at all when Club Med (and others) own o er 80% of all the property that would be a straight path to the beach if the givdrnment made them create cut throughs.

Even in Hawaii the hotels must let locals and tourists cut through and that's really what they need here.

INSTEAD YOU HAVE TO DO THIS INSANE WALK OUT OF THE WAY AND DO THIS POINTLESS U-TURN TO GET TO THE BEACHES.
Instead of a 10 min walk each way, having to go so far out of the way turns it into a 30 minute walk each way.

It's my fault because I'm too afraid to risk the scooter after over 30 years of not riding one at all. My luck, i would've dropped it right in front of the rental people, lol

Pros:

Un endroit calme et apaisant. Un petit havre de paix tout en étant près de la vie de Kata, de la plage , de bons restos thaïs et le fameux 7-Eleven.
Les piscines, le jacuzzi , la bonne literie …que dire. Cela fait parti des adresses que nous aimerions garder pour soi ! Mais les propriétaires méritent très largement que leur établissement soit connu et reconnu.
Merci pour l’accueil incroyable, pour l’organisation de notre excursion, le linge et toute les petits services du quotidien.
Nous reviendrons.

la chambre ne me convenait pas du tout j'ai été obligé de prendre une suite famille pour 200 € de plus si je n'avais pas payé Booking je serais partis aussi j'ai loué une moto sur place ou je suis tombé en panne j'ai du rester chez des amis car personne ne m'a dépanné j'ai changé la batterie et la direction n'a jamais voulu me remboursé enfin c'est la Thaïlande

Es war schön. Ausser das wenn man die Anlage verlässt , muss man eine sehr gefähriche Strasse überqueren 😅.

Es war schön ruhig. Sauber der Pool sehr erfrischend.

자연친화적이고 주인장이 꽤 센스있으심.
Pros:

독채라서 이웃으로 인한 소음 없고, 정원도 소박하게 잘 꾸며놔서 좋았음. 수영장도 괜찮은 편이었던거 같고 주인아줌마도 프로다워서 좋았다. 차량소음을 극도로 싫어하기 때문에 일부러 메인 로드에서 벗어난 곳에 숙소를 잡았는데 덕분에 오토바이 및 차 소음은 아주 멀리서 들려오는것 빼고는 이정도면 조용하다고 볼수 있었다. 아침에 각종 산새소리에 잠을 깨는데 나는 동물소리는 괜찮아서 좋았음.

Cons:

성수기인데다가 푸켓이 정말 엄청 사람이 몰려서 그런건지 푸켓을 자주 방문했던 사람으로써는 현재 전반적으로 푸켓가격이 너무 올랐다고 생각이 들었다. 수건도 3일에 한번만 새것으로 교체해줬고 문은 깨져있었고 시설이 좋은 편은 아니다. 그저 잠 잘 방 한칸,소박한 민박집인것을 감안하면 많이 비싸다고 생각한다. 거의 1박에 11만원이니까..

Schön gelegen, arroganter Besitzer
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderhübsch gelegen, viel grün, hübscher Pool und schöner Jacuzzi. Ein bisschen abgelegen, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Und natürlich auch sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Der Besitzer, ein Franzose mit seiner thailändischen Frau, ist extrem unfreundlich. Ich habe zuerst gedacht es sei einfach dauernd schlecht gelaunt, bis er mich wegen etwas kleinem, was ich gemacht habe richtig zusammen gestaucht hat. Ich war sprachlos und hab ihn gebeten, bitte freundlich zu sein, und mir zu erklären was ich falsch gemacht habe.
Er hat jedoch weiter herum gemotzt bis es mir auch zu viel wurde und ich mich gewehrt habe, dann ist er so richtig ausgerastet. Ich habe ihm gesagt, dass man so nicht mit gestern umgeht und das hat ihn erst recht wütend gemacht. Das ist überhaupt keine Art. Ich habe noch mit jemand anderem gesprochen der da gewohnt und er hat gesagt ihn hätte er ebenfalls wegen etwas zusammen gestaucht. Leider hat es eine sehr komische Atmosphäre gegeben, weil er immer im Restaurant, wo man vorbeigehen muss, gehockt ist und Wein getrunken hat. da musste man an ihm vorbei und er hat nicht mal gegrüsst. Das fand ich sehr negativ.

Peaceful stay surrounded by mini jungle
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in this area. The houses are surrounded by mini jungle, so you can hear birds singing, which makes the atmosphere very peaceful and relaxing. The pool with jacuzzi was really nice and perfect for unwinding. Even though the staff don’t really speak English, they were incredibly kind and always willing to help.

Cons:

The only thing to keep in mind is that without a scooter it’s a bit far to the beach, and you have to cross a very busy street. However, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to Kata Center, so it’s still manageable.

Peacefull
Pros:

Le calme, les hôtes, la beauté de l’endroit. Proche du centre et de la mer à pieds (15-20 min) mais sans avoir le monde de la ville. Petits restaurants le long de la rue au dessous qui sont très sympa et local. Plusieurs magasins de disponible à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. L’endroit est magnifié, c’est reposant et propre (2 piscines un jacuzzi) et le personnel est adorable surtout la patronne. Un grand merci pour tout. Sisi de Belgique ☀️
