ESPERIENZA DA FARE
Pros:

Fantastica, non convenzionale, estremamente colorata. Non è solo un alloggio ma una vera e propria esperienza. Cucina in comune in cui si può usufruire di caffè ed altre bevande, cereali e frutta secca :) Consigliatissimo. Struttura molto pulita. Personale flessibile anche se siamo arrivati prima dell’orario di check in previsto abbiamo comunque avuto la stanza a disposizione. Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione e in 25 minuti a piedi si raggiunge l’altro estremo della città lungo il fiume. Vicino al centro anche a piedi e ben collegato con i mezzi .

Pros:

The owners are super nice and the place is a very unique experience. It’s close to the centre and easily accessible by car !

Great place and would come again
Pros:

This hotel is something unique and I really liked the vision behind it. It is very central and you barely hear the trains. The owner of this place is very nice and you can see that he really tries his best to accommodate everyone. I would stay again here.

Cons:

With a small investment into the bathroom tiles this place would be even better

Filthy beyond imagination, delusional owner. Probably part of a cult.
Pros:

The location is ok. Pretty close to the city centre, so that you don't have to spend too much time in this madhouse.

Cons:

This was BY FAR the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at. Don't trust the pictures. They are either old, or photoshoped.
1st warning:
You will get an unsolicited lecture about new-age spritiual self-improvement BS. Also, to no one's surprise you will be offered to buy vitamins and supplements. No offense if you're into that sort of thing, this might actually be what you're looking for. Do read my 2nd warning before you decide to stay here, though.
2nd warning:
This place is FILTHY. It's literally ready for a visit from Gordon Ramsey. There's dust built up on every surface that's not immediately accessible with a vacuum. The furniture is falling apart, the paint on the walls is bulging or straight up chipping away. When we woke up, our clothing was damp from the humidity, so it's safe to assume there's mould underneath the layers of paint. My daughter found she had old gummy bears stuck under her mattress. When I went to wash the dishes after using the common dining area, I was greeted with a centipede that was stuck in the sink. (I could go on, but even this should be enough to discourage any sane person from staying here.)
3rd warning:
The owner is completely delusional and gets aggressive when confronted about the state of his property.
He said they have to have ants and bugs in the property, because otherwise they'd have to use AC and we'd all be breathing mould from the mouldy AC.
He said they will start checking for rubbish underneath the mattresses as soon as I find them a cleaning lady that will do it cheaply.
He also said, that I have nothing to complain about, because he provided us with an invaluable resource to improve our lives in the form of his texts, that are everywhere in the property.
When I said that I don't care about any of his texts, he straight up told me to go look for a different place to stay, if I'm not appreciative of that.

3 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof,sauber, atypisch
Pros:

Atypische Zimmer im ganzen Haus, bunt bemalt, man kann sich Frühstück zubereiten,Kaffee,Tee, Brot ist vorhanden, sonst muß man sich den Rest kaufen. Frei ist die Zubereitung von Brei mit allen Ingredienzien, die sind vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Große Zufriedenheit.

Simplicidade que conecta todas as coisas.
Pros:

Fiz a reserva por uma noite, por ser a poucos passos da estação de trem. Tive uma boa experiência com a proposta do Hotel Galeria de usar a expressão artística para estimular a idéia do entrelaçamento quântico e a consciência cósmica. O sr. Carol foi muito simpático e gentil.
A simplicidade gerou em mim uma energia agradável de forma difícil de explicar..
O conceito é diferente de um hotel tradicional, se você ver desta forma, é tudo muito.simples.
