HEALTH HAZARD: Severe Bedbug Infestation & Terrible Management!
My stay at Hotel Expo Bratislava was a complete nightmare. During my final night, I woke up severely bitten by bedbugs all over my body. Because I am highly allergic to insect bites, I had to take antihistamines immediately to manage the symptoms.
To make matters worse, the location and access to the hotel are awful. It is located in the middle of a massive exhibition area that is completely blocked off with wires and fences. There is no clear road, no proper sidewalks, and the whole area is pitch dark at night, giving off a creepy, abandoned feeling. Accessing the hotel is extremely difficult, especially if you are carrying heavy suitcases. You have to walk a very long distance just to reach any main street with traffic, shops, or signs of life. The room conditions are heavily outdated too. There is no air conditioning at all, and the room doors lock with an old-style physical key instead of an electronic card or a modern security system.
When I contacted the front desk to demand an urgent room change due to the bugs, the staff completely refused to help, using the unacceptable excuse that it was "too late at night." They showed zero empathy and absolutely no regard for guest health or safety.
Due to this extreme health hazard, I was forced to abandon the hotel in the middle of the night, cut my trip short, and find alternative accommodation. Management verbally promised a refund for the night I could not stay, but they never sent any written confirmation and are now completely ignoring my messages. Do not stay here under any circumstances if you value your health and safety!

Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Natomiast brak klimatyzacji i hałas za oknem to nie przespane noce. Jedzenie średnie, podane o konkretnej godzinie. Później brak . Czyste pokoje,sprzatane codziennie. Wykładzina pokoju brudna z plamami.
