Hairdryer overheats after less than a minute, aircon control was weak (spoke to manager who didn't want to replace batteries and just rolled the batteries a few times until spontaneously worked), hot water difficult to use, smokers downstairs can drift up even to 5th floor.
Really good location, close to main markets in town. The staff is very friendly, I arrived very early in the morning and allowed me to take a shower and a nap in one of the empty rooms. They don't speak English but you can get around that easily with Google translate. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. For the bathroom, remember to turn on the water heating switch for the boiler and wait about 30 minutes before showering.
They didn't take card, I had to pay cash but there's an ATM 3 minutes walk from the hotel and many other ATMs in case you prefer a different bank that are very close too.
Great location, room on 8th Floor with elevator, modern room, windows in bathroom and the Room itself, bed a little on the harder side but normal for vietnam. I was very pleasantly surprised! Would definitely recommend (especially for the price)!

nice promenade at the river to stroll along.

The only staff who is smiling is the parking

Although the hotel entrance faces the river,
the room I got (the cheapest one) has the
window and toilet vents facing the main
road hence the noise from the traffic is very
annoying. The wall also needs a paint badly.
The lady property owner could also afford
to be more friendly. Parking of bike is not
indoor but they have a security guy looking
after it.
