The whole experience was lovely from start to finish,
The location and the and the hotel and staff were fantastic
We loved the hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast was my favourite out of the ten places we stayed while walking the Anglesey Coastal Path.
The room was warmer than I like and as the window only opened slightly it was hard to change this.
All day every day food smell from kitchen all the way to the room.
Able to hear doors and stuff been slammed again from kitchen/ backyard. Place gets packed by locals to drink
No really a view.

Lovely views, room was comfortable and everywhere was spotless.
It is in a prime position with views across Cemaes bay. Facilities for food and drink are very good.
We have called in previously for drinks and lunches.

The view from our bedroom was lovely. Staff were really polite and explained everything well. Staff was also lovely with our children, we had everything we needed. Truly couldnt fault them, or the hotel. We had a really nice time and would definitely visit again.
The only slight thing, was there was a seperate party going on downstairs as the hotel does also allow events hosted there, the noise levels were quite high. Especially as children from the party who were not hotel guests, were running up the stairs and screaming even at 10pm. This did cause our toddlers to be woken a few times and we were on the very top floor. However, once we raised this this with staff - they assisted straight away and it was resolved.
Great location. A short walk from the town and a short drive to Holyhead

The hotel was recommend to me as I'd never been to the area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. Loved looking at the pictures and reading the history. My room was cosy, bed comfy, nice they have nice thick towels.
I really enjoyed my dinner - Slow Cooked Harissa Spiced Welsh Lamb Ragu, was a first for me it tasted amazing and the portion was perfect.
Breakfast was just as good. Scrambled eggs and salmon.
Overall a great experience will recommend and return.
Unfortunately the view from my room wasn't that great. It was at the back of the hotel. Think I had the last room so will try to book earlier next time.
The hotel was spacious, clean and in a lovely location.
The hotel itself was lovely but our room did not have the view we expected. We were in the King Room and it was advertised as having a street view, whereas it was a view of what looked like a storage shed and very large pipes that looked liked some kind of outlet. There was a very small section of grass with some grazing sheep. Thankfully we were only staying for a couple of nights, otherwise we would have asked to be moved. Plus we were out most of the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable 🙂
Location of the hotel was lovely just a little stroll to a beautiful beach. The bar and dining area was nice although the bar staff could be more engaging. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were lovely. Receptionist was very friendly and informative. The room was cleaned and serviced very well every day.
Rooms were hot and stuffy. We had a room where the kitchen extraction fans were noisy so I couldn't open the windows in evening because they started up early and woke us up, although there was a fan it was noisy also. The room was crowded with furniture i bumped my side a couple of times on the chest of drawers as I got up in the night to use the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway to rooms 7 + 8 smelt musky. I will ask for a quieter room next time i visit. A incentive would be nice for example a 10% discount or a free bottle of wine if dining on the first night would be great for guests staying at the Hotel as it would encourage more people to dine with you.
Bar and Restaurant very good. Good menu choice, well presented food. Excellent Sunday Roast Dinner.
Breakfast Buffet good with a reasonable selection, cooked breakfasts a little variable from day to day.
Staff excellent, very polite and helpful.
Ensuite bathroom small, but adequate.
We were able to charge our car at the hotel which was so convenient.
Staff were all friendly and courteous. Food was very tasty and I notice that wherever possible, Welsh produce was used.
With hindsight the location of the hotel was not ideal for the places that we wanted to visit in Anglesey, which was my fault.
Food excellent all of the stay in fact was excellent
The WiFi is odd you have to re. Join every time instead of it remembering you a bit annoying but that’s all we had a lovely time
