Friendly, helpful, attentive staff in all parts of the hotel and restaurant.
Short walk to the beach, given very clear directions by the very helpful lady on reception.
Bed was very comfortable, room 1 at the back of the hotel was very quiet.
Took a while to work out the shower, but that wasn't a big problem.
Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and a cooked Welsh breakfast also offered.
Will definitely come back

The worlds longest building extension project is still ongoing.
Staff friendly and welcoming, hotel was clean and comfortable with lovely views,best part was the location being so close to the beach and harbour!lots of space for the kids to run around outside safely in the park and open space!food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also very nice, and the staff were amazing.

This is a very special place to stay! Very comfortable, very clean, excellent food in the restaurant, delicious cooked breakfast, very very nice staff. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the village, to the sea, it’s really a great treat to stay here!!

Extractor fan in our bathroom permanently on which was a bit noisy. Maybe it was an attempt to cool our room which was a little warm being at the top of the building on a very hot day

We booked a sea front king room and it didnt disappoint. Not only was there a beautiful room but a residents only balcony outside to enjoy, of course with amazing views over the coast. We had an issue with the ensuite on the first night but it was fixed immediately and the staff were always so helpful. Breakfast was big and beautifully cooked. We also used the restaurant on the first night, a real treat with some of the nicest fish dishes we've had in a long time.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. It may be that they found the nicest people to work with them. I believe that the hotel manager has created a positive culture in the work place, therefore, staff are happy to be there and look after their costumers so well
