Hygiene issues and lack of proper customer service need serious improvement.
Cons:

Very bad experience. The toilet had a strong urine smell and was dirty. The room also smelled unpleasant.

Front desk staff were unhelpful and did not know how to answer basic questions. No effort to assist guests.

Not recommended.

This hotel was a big disappointment.

The toilet smelled strongly of urine and appeared dirty. The room also had a lingering unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Additionally, the front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When asked for assistance, they repeatedly said they did not know, without trying to help or check further.

Poor cleanliness and poor service. I would not stay here again

Pros:

Nice hospitality, staffs were nice. Parking was still fine but seems not really safe.

Cons:

Most of the airconds and heaters working poorly, could have been a good room for that money

Pros:

Love the spacious room. Surprisingly all rooms equipped with small fridge. Very comfortable and will be my favorite hotel ever

Cons:

Need to go downstairs for ironing use if your rooms at level 2 or 3. It's good if you can provide iron each levels.
