Not good value for price
Pros:

Great location. Reception open 24 hours.

Cons:

Staff was quite miserable. No smile at all, didn't make me feel welcome at all. No explanation about anything, they just hand you the key to the room and tell you the room number.
The bed doesn't have a mattress, it is a wooden board with a 2cm layer of foam on it. My back hurt a lot during my two night stay.
Too pricey for what they have to offer.

Розташування та персонал. Дуже чисто і прибирають регулярно.

Cons:

Старий готель, не вартує своїх коштів. 2000 за ніч у номері де фен замотаний скотчем????
Немає свого ресторану.

Оберу інший готель у Мукачево.
Pros:

Чудове розташування. Чисто. Зручні матраси та постіль. Постійно є світло, за умови відключень у місті.

Cons:

У готелі все застаріле, особливо ванна кімната. Фен — ніби з минулого століття.

Персонал абсолютно непривітний, спілкуються крізь зуби.

У кімнаті було холодно — ми просили додатковий обігрівач. Також бракувало одного великого рушника, який довелося окремо просити донести.

О 8:30 у готелі розпочалися ремонтні роботи. Нас розбудили гучні удари відбійного молотка та звук свердла.

Попри це, за раннє поселення (до офіційного часу заселення о 14:00) з нас вимагали доплату в розмірі половини вартості номера. З огляду на перелічені недоліки та на те, що туристів у готелі було небагато, адміністрація могла б піти назустріч і заселити раніше без додаткової оплати.

Треба додати пакетики з чаєм, кавою та цукром в номер.
Pros:

Дуже гарне розташування в самому центрі міста. Старовинна будівля, номери невеликі, але з якісним ремонтом. Добре виспатись на хорошому ліжку.

Cons:

В номері є набір для приготування чаю та кави, але немає пакетиків з чаєм та кавою і цукру. Виїзжали рано і нам не вдалося випити кави.

Перебування у даному готелі сприяло позитивному враженню про Мукачево.
Pros:

В цілому все сподобалося. Заселилися раніше, ніж о 14:00. В день від'їзду залишили речі на декілька годин в готелі -- у камері схову. Адміністратори оперативно реагували на прохання. Номер прибирався щодня.

Cons:

Дуже старий фен, обмотаний скотчем, малої потужності.
