Pros:

Ottima posizione, praticamente appena entrati in paese.
Buona e varia la colazione per il gusto Italiano, forse un pò meno per gli Europei abituati a consumare più salato al mattino.
Camera comoda e pulita. Staff cordiale e ambiente "famigliare", a me sempre molto gradito.

Cons:

Recentemente il comune di pescasseroli ha implementato le "strisce blu" praticamente ovunque, non essendo l'hotel dotato di parcheggio proprio ed essendo a ridosso del centro, potrebbe risultare difficoltoso o costoso il parcheggio.
Le tubazioni del bagno sono molto rumorose quando si apre l'acqua.

Pros:

struttura con ampi spazi, nell'immediata periferia di Pescasseroli ma comunque a 300 metri dalla piazza principale.
La colazione ottima con una vasta gamma di prodotti dal dolce al salato

all'interno delle camere suggerirei un mobile in più per non lasciare vuoti
