O hotel tem tudo para ser nota dez, porém infelizmente no dia que estive o hotel estava sem água em toda repartição, banheiro etc... piscina vazia, não tinha Wi-Fi e a limpeza deixou a desejar.

Cons:

Os quartos do fundo não da para ficar pq tem mofo. Falta toalhas. Chuveiro pingando zero funcional. Os travesseiros tem mal cheiro.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento. No teníamos perchas, toallas de mano y las sábanas de arriba, sólo las de abajo. Teníamos dos suites y en ambas pasó lo mismo con las sábanas. Tuvimos que reclamarlas.

Pros:

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e é localizado perto da praia e de supermercados, farmácias, restraurantes, apesar de ficar em uma parte da rua que é feia e com aparência de vazia. Funcionários nos atenderam bem no que foi necessário.

Cons:

A porta do banheiro ser de vidro, aberta em cima e embaixo e sem trinco foi a pior coisa que já vi num hotel. O quarto era grande mas mal distribuído e mal iluminado. Em um quarto que ficamos inicialmente a cama era ok mas depois fomos para um em que a cama era muito dura e os travesseiros baixos.
