Centraal en van alle gemakken voorzien!
Pros:

Super-centraal óp het Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein. Mooie kamer met heerlijk bed. Zeer aardige eigenaar, we konden eerder onze spullen kwijt. Komen zeker nog eens terug!

Fantastic location for younger people being able to climb 3 chairs.
Pros:

Very helpful carrying our luggage to the third floor as there was no lift.
Comfortable bed, coffee and tea provided.
Location was superb

Cons:

The stairs. I thought there would be a lifeline my mistake.

Huge potential ruined by astounding early morning noise
Pros:

The room, the self check in, the location.

Cons:

Restaurant staff set up for service at 5:30 directly outside the room window with loud machinery and hoovers every day. This allows no sleep and completely ruined the experience in this otherwise lovely hotel.

レセプションはなく対面での対応が全くなし。その注意書きははどこにも見当たらず。タクシーの運転手も場所を見誤ったり隣のホテルに案内。路上に残され困っているところを通行人が助けてくれて、ホテルとコンタクトをとってくれた。かなり急な階段で大きな荷物を上げるのもおろすのも手を怪我するくらい大変。ホテルスタッフに頼んでいた翌日のタクシーは時間になっても来なかったのでキャンセル。隣のホテルから電話して呼んだ

Heerlijk, schoon en sfeervol ingericht hotel midden in het centrum van Maastricht.
Pros:

Fantastisch gelegen hotel midden in het centrum van Maastricht aan het Onze Lieve Vrouwe Plein. Alles keurig schoon en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Vriendelijke schoonmakers.

Cons:

Dat de bevoorrading van de aan het plein gelegen restaurants en bars wat later zou mogen gebeuren. Natuurlijk is dat niet realistisch, maar dat was wel gehorig.

Locatie was perfect.

Cons:

Hotel zou perfect zijn als er gordijnen zouden hangen. We hebben de hele nacht het gevoel gehad alsof we buiten in het licht lagen te slapen. Veel te licht in de kamers! Dat was een tegenvaller.

Het verblijf was erg naar onze zin. Alles was netjes en voelde als een fijn mini-huisje. Ik zou wel aanraden om meer dan vier koffie-cupjes neer te zetten en misschien wat lekkerdere thee aan te bieden, maar voor de rest was alles voortreffelijk. Echt een aanrader!

Ligging, leuke kamer, wel alles met trap maar was geen belemmering verder

Cons:

Geen aanspreekpunt gedurende het hele verblijf. Niet nodig gehad, maar daardoor heeft de locatie geen echt gezicht.

Topplek in hartje Maastricht om vaker heen te gaan
Pros:

De lokatie aan het OLV Plein was geweldig. En de ruime, comfortabele kamer zeer geschikt om er een aantal dagen te verblijven.

Cons:

Wel een beetje last van het rumoer op het plein 's morgens vroeg als alle horeca weer wordt bevoorraad en de terrassen weer worden opgebouwd. (maar voor ons geen reden om hier niet weer heen te gaan)

Super locatie en mooi ingerichte kamer.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie, beter kan niet midden in centrum, maar elk voordeel heeft zijn nadeel. Je kan niet met open raam slapen. Beel veel herrie van het plein, maar met ramen dicht goed te doen.

Cons:

Het is natuurlijk persoonlijk, maar vind we vinden de kussens niet fijn. Te hoog en geen veren. Misschien meerdere soorten kussens aanbieden ?
