Heel fijn verblijf, alleen de vuilnisoohaaldiens om 6.30 in de ochtend was verschrikkelijk.
Pros:

De inrichting en de locatie.

Cons:

De toilet ril en strijkplank waren stuk, de handzeep was zo goed als op. De early check in was niet doorgekomen. Dat laatste is prima opgelost door de gastheer. Communicatie fout van Booking.con

De locatie is top!!!

Ik had de mail niet bij de hand (ivm oude gsm) waarin de gegevens stonden dus met 1 telefoontje was alles geregeld zonder probleem.
Het is nl zelf inchecken & daar had ik zelf compleet overheen gekeken.

Ik werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan & hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Cons:

Maastricht is altijd mooi

Pros:

Het hotel zit midden in het centrum, waardoor alles op loopafstand. Bedden waren goed.
Schone kamers.
Inchecken & uitchecken via kastjes waardoor niemand van het personeel gezien, was prima maar beetje onpersoonlijk. Ook in de ochtend niemand gezien maar was ook klein hotelletje. Genoeg ontbijt opties van leuke tentjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Airco was echt extreem slecht, er was lucht verplaatsing maar geen temperatuurs verschil.
Super gehorige kamers, er zijn 2-3 kamers per etage waardoor het in de ochtend best gehorig is.

Pros:

Perfecte ligging, mooie en schone kamers. Je kunt rustig zitten op je kamer en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Nogmaals de ligging is geweldig

Too expensive for what it is

Cons:

first of all too expensive and has nothing to do with a hotel. there is no one at the reception. there is no elevator and AC barely worked. they only have some air bnb rooms. there is no place to leave your luggage before check in or check out. i wrote them a message after i checked in to tell them that the liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was completely empty and they didn't even response. besides that you have to pay the city tax online yourself!

Ligging in centrum

Cons:

Gereserveerde kamer aan achterkant zou vanaf 14u klaar zijn, maar dat bleek niet zo te zijn. . Een kamer aan de zeer lawaaiige voorkant werd aangeboden, een zgn kosteloze upgrade, maar onduidelijk is waar die upgrade op sloeg.
Trappen zijn smal, steil en niet fijn voor ouderen

Viel erg tegen

Prima bed

Cons:

Er was airco beloofd, maar die werkte niet.
Dus met raam open geslapen, gezien de hitte ontkwamen we daar niet aan. Het publiek op het plein midden in de nacht was nog acceptabel, maar om half 6 begonnen ze met bladblazers het plein schoon te maken, vervolgens kwam de veegwagen een hoop herrie maken. Om 6.00u kwamen de leveranciers fust afleveren met een hoop kabaal en om 6.30u werden de glasbakken geleegd. Dat allemaal is niet best voor je nachtrust. Natuurlijk moet het gebeuren, maar voor ons gevoel was het nog midden in de nacht. Een raam dat gesloten kon worden, met een airco die naar behoren werkte, zou zeker hebben bijgedragen aan een betere nachtrust.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Cons:

Helaas erg gehorig, wij konden pas vanaf 3 uur slapen en werden om 6 uur wakker door de leveranciers die kwamen bezorgen voor horeca. Misschien oordoppen neerleggen voor gasten aangezien dit al een bekend probleem is.

Centraal en van alle gemakken voorzien!
Pros:

Super-centraal óp het Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein. Mooie kamer met heerlijk bed. Zeer aardige eigenaar, we konden eerder onze spullen kwijt. Komen zeker nog eens terug!

Fantastic location for younger people being able to climb 3 chairs.
Pros:

Very helpful carrying our luggage to the third floor as there was no lift.
Comfortable bed, coffee and tea provided.
Location was superb

Cons:

The stairs. I thought there would be a lifeline my mistake.

Huge potential ruined by astounding early morning noise
Pros:

The room, the self check in, the location.

Cons:

Restaurant staff set up for service at 5:30 directly outside the room window with loud machinery and hoovers every day. This allows no sleep and completely ruined the experience in this otherwise lovely hotel.

レセプションはなく対面での対応が全くなし。その注意書きははどこにも見当たらず。タクシーの運転手も場所を見誤ったり隣のホテルに案内。路上に残され困っているところを通行人が助けてくれて、ホテルとコンタクトをとってくれた。かなり急な階段で大きな荷物を上げるのもおろすのも手を怪我するくらい大変。ホテルスタッフに頼んでいた翌日のタクシーは時間になっても来なかったのでキャンセル。隣のホテルから電話して呼んだ
