It's on a busy road, but the Hotel is a great value and has nice rooms!
Pros:

I loved the location. It's very close to the Etihad stadium, but also to a real neighborhood with local vibes. Also, the hotel manager was very nice and welcoming. And the bed was super comfy!

Cons:

It's kind of an industrial section of this road, so it doesn't have a big aesthetic appeal. However, there's a real local neighborhood within 50 meters, and the centrality of the hotel makes it easy to get to lots of cool stuff in the area.

Tinapa suites does what is says on the tin-clean rooms, secure car park, friendly receptionist.
Good location for Emirates events

Awesome little place!
Pros:

This was perfect for the Co-op Live venue. The room was excellent for what we needed. The bathroom was a tad small but still met our needs. Victor the manager was great. Couldnt fault him and his helpfulness. We was able to park in the carpark the 1st night but couldnt on the second night. It was fine as there was on road parking on the side road. There was a fan in the room which was great. Outside noise from the road wasnt an issue either. Overall was a good stay.

Cons:

The rooms could do with and iron and ironing board. Although you could get it from reception. But this had burnt on marks on it so wasnt ideal to use. Also a hairdryer would be great.

Ottima per chi deve andare allo Stadio City fo Manchester
Pros:

La disponibilità del Receptionist a darmi un Check in anticipato per il deposito bagagli! È stato gentilissimo e mi ha risolto un grande problema!
Hotel modesto e minimale ma utile per chi ha necessità di andare al Manchester City Etihad Stadium

Cons:

Ovviamente da fuori non si presenta bene e la camera è minimale .....ma va bene così per esigenze di 1/2 notti
