Nice and comfortable stay, great for what we needed it for
Pros:

It was small but comfortable. The premises was clean. We went to a gig at the co-op live and it was within a good distance. We did walk back but that was quite long! We did feel safe, though

Good value for money

A proximité du Co-Op Live et du stade
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour un événement au Co-Op Live ou à l’Etihad Stadium. Environ 20-30 min de marche entre les deux points (malheureusement les bus sont rares et selon votre heure de départ cela sera plus rapide à pied).

Cons:

La salle de bain est très petites avec un mini lavabo. Les produits de douches sont vraiment très sommaires. On avait plus l’impression d’être chez l’habitant que dans un hôtel.

Met our needs perfectly
Pros:

Could do with a deep clean & a bit of a makeover, but location was excellent & room was small but comfy & met our needs perfectly. The staff allowed us in our room 30 mins before check in.

A bit tired but otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Pros:

Whilst it was no frills and basic, it was honest, clean and value for money. Staff was very well organised, information was clear and timely. Excellent location for Etihad and Velodrome.

Cons:

No food or drinks in the area, plus property could get really noisy if busy/rowdy guests.

Perfect if you need a room for the night.
Pros:

Perfect if you need a room for the night. It was in walking distance of the CO OP LIVE venue, which was ideal for us. Room was clean and had tea and coffee which was great, although didn't have a fridge, but that was ok.
Didn't get to meet any staff although i did have a call from them. They were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

My only bug bear was that it was quite noisy from other guests coming and going and guests in the room above. Other than that it was great.

Great price for a lovely stay!
Pros:

Good sized room and massive bed! Super soft bed and warm room as heating was on. Location was perfect for the Etihad Stadium and the free private parking was ideal. Loved the shower and towels were provided. Usual hotel and street noise. Honestly a great find for the price!

Cons:

No staff around but could be reached by message. The toilet was quite cramped in the bathroom but not awful.
