Pros:

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel , super Lage und mit unfassbar nettem Personal. So herzlich wie man dort mit Gästen und Hunden umgeht, habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Auch das Frühstück war super.
Ein kurzer Weg zum Kiesstrand in einer wunderschönen Bucht und einer kleinen Bar.
Die Insel Elba ist einfach superschön.

Gute Lage: tolle Bucht, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer, Nicht weit zur Altstadt. Gutes Frühstück, schönes Gastzimmer, aufmerksames Personal

Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption,
Sehr intensiver, unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (Klimaanlage?), Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Parkplatz (zumindest konnte man das eigene Auto sehen), Wegweiser zum Hotel führen in eine Einbahnstrasse in die verkehrte Richtung

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

La struttura si trova vicinissima alle spiagge più belle come capobianco e padulella, dandoti la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina gratuitamente e proseguire a piedi.
Colazione a buffet strepitosa, ti offre di tutto e di più, dal dolce al salato, permettendoti di iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi!
Camera basic, ma con tutto il necessario!
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Unica cosa che consiglierei è quella di mettere delle zanzariere, perché nella camera basic che affaccia sulle piante è più probabile trovarsi delle zanzare in camera.

Nur die Lage, ein kurzer Fussweg zum Strand und die Aussicht aufs Meer haben uns gefallen…

Cons:

Wir waren mit dem Frühstücksbuffet leider sehr unzufrieden.Zu unterschiedlichsten Zeiten waren einige der Schüsseln und Platten leer. Wir mussten jeden Morgen nach bestimmten Dingen fragen, was sehr unangenehm war.Es war keine gastfreundliche und aufmerksame Atmosphäre. Häufig wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Sie Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig.Man hört jeden Toilettengang und die Dusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer.
Kaffee Utensilien wurden nicht aufgefüllt, auch danach müssten wir jeden Tag fragen .Die schmutzigen Tassen wurden nicht immer weggenommen

Highly recommended! The access from the hotel to the most beautiful beach on the island is priceless

First, I must mention that the staff (breakfast, housekeeping, the night guard, and the bar and reception staff) and the owners are warm, kind, and helpful, and the stay was wonderful thanks to them. The kids felt at home, and the staff took care of them above and beyond
