Pros:

O atendimento do sr. Jorge é sensacional. A equipe do hotel ajuda em tudo o que for possível. Precisamos sair mais cedo e eles anteciparam o café da manhã incluso, que é feito com muito capricho. E o hotel é muito bonito, super confortável. O banho foi perfeito. Dá pra ver que eles gostam do trabalho.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia hospedándome en este hotel. Desde que llegamos se sintió muy acogedor y cómodo, llegamos 10:00 am y nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje sin ningún costo. Algo que realmente se agradece es que la calefacción estaba en toda la habitación, incluso en el baño, lo que hizo la estadía mucho más agradable.
Además, todo estaba impecable y muy limpio, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Un gesto que nos sorprendió mucho fue que el día de salida debíamos irnos a las 5:30 de la mañana para tomar nuestro vuelo, la noche anterior avisamos que nos iríamos muy temprano y el caballero que cuida nos ofreció desayuno, a lo cual le dijimos que no se preocupara, y aun así nos tenían el desayuno preparado a esa hora, con todo fresquito. El caballero muy amable. Ese tipo de atención marca totalmente la diferencia.
Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención muy amable. Queda a una cuadra del lago y una cuadra de la plaza. La cama era muy cómoda.

Bellísimo hotel. Inmejorable ubicación. Un hotel encantador, ideal para quienes buscan un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Al ser un hotel pequeño, la atención se siente mucho más personalizada. Me gustó especialmente que conserva la arquitectura típica de Puerto Varas, con ese estilo tan característico que le da mucho encanto y hace que la estadía se sienta auténtica. Es un lugar muy cómodo para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad. Sin duda volvería.

Pros:

Excelente atención, nos permitieron dejaron el equipaje antes y después del check in y check out.
El desayuno estuvo excelente.
La amabilidad del personal muy buena.
La atmósfera del lugar era muy de familia, lo cual nos encantó.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien. Solo había dos marcas pegajosas en las paredes blancas de la habitación que probablemente no fueron advertidas al momento de la limpieza. Es un detalle menor, pero al ser paredes blancas llamaba bastante la atención.
