Achamos as acomodações boas, o café da manhã muito bom, com ovos, yogurt, pães, geleias e frutas.
O aspecto principal, a nosso ver, é estar localizado no centro, perto de lojas e diversos restaurantes.
Fica numa localização boa para a saída para as estradas que levam às quedas de Petrohue, Lago de Todos os Santos (com uma navegação de 40 minutos bem interessante), Cochamó, Vulcão Osorno e vários opções de restaurantes no caminho.

Por lejos la ubicacion es lo mejor de lo ofertado, la limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones nada que decir aunque una TV un poco mas grande se agradeceria.

Cons:

El establecimiento tiene potencial para mejorar, aunque actualmente presenta varios aspectos que podrían optimizarse. Las habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar y, al momento de nuestra llegada, encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico que ya había sido utilizado parcialmente. Además, no dispone de servicio de lavandería y el estacionamiento es limitado, asignándose por orden de llegada, por lo que en períodos de alta demanda existe el riesgo de no encontrar disponibilidad.

El desayuno es completo y corresponde a la oferta habitual que se encuentra en este tipo de establecimientos. En términos generales, la experiencia se asemeja más a la de una hostal que a la de un hotel, ya que las áreas comunes y los servicios disponibles son bastante limitados, por lo que permanecer durante el día en sus instalaciones puede resultar poco atractivo.

El aspecto más destacable es, sin duda, su excelente ubicación, muy cercana al centro de Puerto Varas, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando y acceder fácilmente a sus principales atractivos.

O atendimento do sr. Jorge é sensacional. A equipe do hotel ajuda em tudo o que for possível. Precisamos sair mais cedo e eles anteciparam o café da manhã incluso, que é feito com muito capricho. E o hotel é muito bonito, super confortável. O banho foi perfeito. Dá pra ver que eles gostam do trabalho.
