La cercanía del centro comercial y el ambiente de casa de familia
La ubicación y el sector es espectacular. El servicio y las personas a cargo son muy afables.

El desayuno era rico, el personal muy amable y preocupados, la ubicacion muy buena, puedes salir caminando a cualquier parte, tiene estacionamiento y calefacción
Las almohadas estaban bastante incómodas (duras) quedamos con dolor en el cuello las 3 y falto papel higiénico en el baño, lo pedimos el 1° dia pero quedamos igual con medio rollo para el dia para 3 personas)
No centro, bem aconchegante, equipe super prestativa.

Un hotel céntrico, cómodo y muy limpio, perfecto para alojarse en Puerto Varas. Tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y la sensación de estar en una cabaña de madera en plena naturaleza, pero con todas las comodidades de la ciudad a pocos pasos. Una opción muy recomendable para disfrutar de la ciudad con tranquilidad.
