The elevator was frequently out of order, which made moving around the hotel very inconvenient. The rooms are also extremely small and feel cramped, far from comfortable for a proper stay.

On top of that, the reception staff is very unfriendly and not accommodating in any way. They show no flexibility or willingness to help guests, even when reservations are fully paid.

Overall, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

The main issue with this hotel is the reception staff. They are extremely unhelpful and not accommodating at all. Despite having fully prepaid reservations, they were inflexible and unwilling to assist with a slightly late arrival. Instead of finding a solution, they made the situation unnecessarily difficult.

When you travel, you expect at least basic understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

The bar does not offer draft beer, even though the photos online seem to suggest otherwise. This gives a misleading impression. Small detail perhaps, but it reflects the overall lack of transparency.

More importantly, the reception staff was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to make any effort to accommodate guests. The attitude was cold and unprofessional throughout.

There are many better options available — please AVOID this hotel !

i was there during a 2-day public transportation strike. Honestly, the hotel wasn't supportive at all, i had to figure out everything on my own, and in such cases, hotel support is necessary.

second time ive been there and i compromised the room size ( too small ) for the location , but i believe will not book in again

2 days out of my 5 days stay i went to breakfast at around 8 there was almost nothing to eat especially when everyone was going to the messe

В номере сморід від цигарок. Води питної нема- берить з собою. Сніданок що є що нема…. До ресторану чи магазину продовольчого йти декілька верст.
