The facility was not good as showed while booking. The staff were rude and demanded tips without doing anything. The reception in the cash counter demanded advance amount but did not return back full amount while check out

Lady staff hospitality, communication, followup, arrangement excellent.

Cons:

Linen, pillows, washroom (Commode Not upto standards and unclean). Housekeeping staff did not bother to set the AC and TV.
