Pros:

I havent been this much frustrated with any of the hotel in my 15 years of travel experience.

The review in google was misleading - photos showed good and neat rooms-Thats how i ended up booking the hotel

1) Very poorly maintained
2) Bedsheet and blankets not washed - hairs and dirt of someone previously stayed
3) Big Lizard in the room
4) So many Mosquitos in the room
5) Pathetic condition of bathroom - a) flush not working , b) fully stained old dirty buckets and mug
6)Smelly corridors
7) Cigarettes on the stairs and corridors

Only good thing was location - I was travelling to Shimla via road - It was at a convenient distance to the National Highway to Shimla

I was too tired and sleepy to search for another hotel. Hence I stayed there. - Since I had sleeping bag and extra blanket in my car, I layed it over the bed and slept.

Very bad experience.

Cons:

We booked two rooms.We reached the hotel at 1.40 am on 30 July. Our check in time was 30 July 12 PM and Check out time 31 July 11 AM as per the message received from Fab hotels. We paid Rs.2853/- as shown in the message for two rooms. But the receptionist in the counter made a wrong entry of our check in date as 29 July 11 AM in the register without our noticing it. Then on next morning he demanded us to pay for two days charge neglecting the message from Fab hotels. After long arguments we paid additional Rs. 800/- and checked out before 11 AM on 31 July. So the experience was totally very bad.

Worst stay I've ever seen hence we checked out in eve only and booked another hotel.
Pros:

Only location was good as per my travel

Cons:

Bedsheet had smoking holes and dirty, blanket was smelly, curtains were dirty, washroom was too small to stand. Towel was dirty and smelly
