What a pleasant little hotel, run by a very pleasant family. In a good location with a Mini Mart across the street for supplies.
I would gladly stay there again but only if I could helicopter in. The roads a bit closer to Ha Giang are the worst I have ever seen anywhere in the world.
Only a small thing, but there needs to be an extension cord on the kettle.
Room was very nice and comfy. Also we had flat tire on our car and the staff in the hotel went out of their way to go to the repair shop with us and arrange quick repair.

Comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, OK wifi.This is not a tour group hotel so the staff do not have English skills, the same as a lot of hotels in this region. Google translate usually solves most issues. This is a hotel in an agricultural area, it services western and asian tourists. The Sunday market is huge, ethnic tribes people from the surrounding area come to the market in their traditional clothes adding to the cultural experience.
This is a 3 star hotel for $14AUD, there is nothing to complain about for this low price.

Bed linen was uncomfortable and a bit scratchy being synthetic and wasn’t cooling.
Great value for the price! The facilities were great: clean, with everything you needed for 1 night. Location was also great with lots of restaurants nearby. We had a really good night here !

Plug points were a bit inconveniently located - only had them on one side of the bed.
The map directions from the Booking.com listing are incorrect. Instead, just search the hotel name on Google Maps and you’ll find it, as it’s the only place with that name (there’s a block or two difference in location)
The balcony was great to chill and enjoy day to day life happening all around
The map directions and the accommodation address did not match the location on my Google maps or phone. I spent an hour driving around looking for the accommodation. It is in the town centre, I have attached a photo of the exact location
Nice room, Lots of parking for motorbikes. Good warm water and lovely bed. Recommended. Also Lots of restaurants nearby at walking distance.
