Pros:

אהבנו מאד את המיקום. הית לנו חדר גן, עם גינה. זה נפלא. חסרה קצת פרטיות בחצר הפנימית של החדר. העובדים היו מסבירי פנים, נתנו עצות נהדרות. המלון ממוקם על יש רכבל לעיר, כל התחבורה הציבורית בחינם בכרטיס שמקבלים. אין צורך להזיז את הרכב.כלום

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, mit sehr individueller Einrichtung der Zimmer, der Lobby etc. Alles top gepflegt, das Personal supernett und zuvorkommend. Wunderschöner Ausblick und sehr gutes Frühstück! Und auch unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen.

Cons:

Die Gebühr für Hunde war mit 26 Euro pro Tag und Hund (!) schon ziemlich teuer. Aber es ist ja auch nicht selbstverständlich, dass die beiden überhaupt mitkommen durften - das war schon super! :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and personal. The staff was incredibly pleasant and always smiling, and they made us feel more like guests in their home than visitors at a hotel.

The boutique itself is beautiful and full of interesting little details and treasures to discover. Our room was always spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Waking up and looking out over the garden and down into the valley was such a treat, and we loved watching the gondolas from our balcony.

The food was another highlight. Breakfasts and dinners were wonderful, with so many fresh and delicious things to try. The fresh juices were so good that I’m now convinced I need to buy a juicer when I get home! Dinner on the terrace was especially relaxing and beautiful.

We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, spa, and of course the amazing infinity pool, which definitely had a little James Bond feeling to it. Everything was always clean and beautifully maintained.

Happy hour was such a fun touch, and once again, the staff made it special by coming out, chatting with guests, and making everyone feel welcome.

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and would happily return. It is a very special place.

Loved everything, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in with the outstanding views. Exceptional food & service. The spa was amazing with the upstairs outdoor pool & loads of space to relax. The cable car & mountain train were 2 mins walk away & also lovely walks from the door.

Cons:

The naked Sauna - we’re too British for that!!

Pros:

Great location. Excellent team of people led by Andi the owner. Great, clean and tidy facilities. Great opportunities to do photography from their rooftop. Cool pool location in the roof top. Exceptional food and fine dining. Andi has teamed up well with Roland who runs a fantastic taxi service - Roland was super fantastic and we chose to do 2 full days of sightseeing with him: lakes and mountains.
