Pros:

What prompted me to take this accommodation was that I read a comment that they kicked someone out for smoking in the room. Finally, an accommodation that sticks to its rules. The room is huge, comfortable, the location is such that there is no noise at night. Big comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy. Huge TV, new refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning. A large terrace in front and an electronic digital lock on the door with a code, you don't have to think about the key and not to lose it. There is no additional charge for electricity/air conditioning, which I read that most hotels do. The beach is less than 10 minutes away, as well as all nearby restorants.

Cons:

The shower had no hot water, the hot water is better than cold one, but still not enough for a pleasant shower. Perhaps the temperature should be increased by a couple of degrees.

Disappointing
Pros:

The entire room was not clean and smelled rotten; it was apparent every time I entered. The bathroom was worse. I have seen another room, the same issue. The pictures shown on Booking do not correspond to reality. I usually do not write reviews on Booking, but this time, the entire experience was so disappointing that I decided to do so.

Cons:

They should accept that their accommodations need refurbishment and should not react to customers when they complain about the conditions of their rooms. The entry and picture on Booking need an update, and from my point of view, Booking should ban such accommodations.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and the room was nice.

Cons:

It smelled too much of humidity. I could barely sleep. Rooms need to have ventilation every day to avoid that. If the manage to fix that the room is totally worthy.

Pleasant surprise!
Pros:

When I booked this hotel so cheap I didn't expect much, but it was a very pleasant surprise! Perfect location, close to everything but at the same time quite. We slept very well and did not hear neither the noise of the bars nor the road. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is new and looks nice. Lots of bars and restaurants 1 to 5 minutes walking, the beach is close too. We didn't even use the car. I definitely recommend this hotel!
