Pros:

Мини-отель расположен в самом сердце Старого Тбилиси. Приветливый персонал. Красивый вид из окна на город и синагогу. Совершенно свежий ремонт. Хорошее опление в конце декабря. Новая сантехника, есть гигиенический душ. Из номера есть выход на общий балкон. Отличное соотношение цена/качество.

Very friendly and warm staff
Pros:

The staff are amazing and helpful and friendly and caring. Ina especially was welcoming and available and absolutely wonderful.
We were only there one night, but it was a great experience. The facilities are clean and nice too.

Cons:

As with many less expensive hotels in Georgia there is a staircase to climb before you can get to the hotel. Otherwise we really liked this place.
