Great location and great rooms. Hugo was a very nice person and allowed us a very early check in and gave a room upgrade also. Very clean and well maintained rooms and washrooms.

Way to hotel is uphill.
Pros:

Quiet location, good breakfast and very nice people work there. Very nice roof terrace with beautiful view to the city.

Cons:

Bed mattress was too soft for me and pillow too big, but maybe other people like that way.

Wohnen am Rand der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Zimmer, mit Laminatboden, war recht groß und ansprechend eingerichtet, mit TV, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher.
Besonders positiv war die Dachterrasse, auf der das leckere Frühstück eingenommen werden konnte. Sie bot einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Altstadt von Tiflis. Der Wagen konnte auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus parken.
Die Altstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

This was my second time staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The highlight of my visit was the food—absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Tamara, the cook, whose meals were flavorful, fresh, and prepared with so much care. It really made my stay feel extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Authentic, welcoming and nicely located.
Pros:

My family and I reserved 2 rooms for 5 nights during August. What we liked most is the cleanliness of the facility, the breakfast and the charming terrace on the rooftop. One of the rooms, the Deluxe King suite, is very comfortable, spacious and has very nice view. The 2 ladies and the gentleman running the facility are welcoming and helpful. Special credit to the nice lady preparing the breakfast. We loved this facility. If we returns to Tbilisi, the Legend Hotel will be our first option. For moderate budget, this hotel is perfect.

Cons:

One of the mattresses in the twin room was not comfortable. To be honest, we didn't make a claim about it.
