Pros:

We had a very upsetting experience with this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were not allowed to stay, with no proper explanation or support provided. This caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially as we were left without accommodation late in the evening. I would not recommend this place to others based on how unprofessionally the situation was handled.

I liked the location and you can walk around using google maps.

Amazing terrace and private balcony
Pros:

I got the room on the top floor with big terrace and even private balcony, which has an amazing view of the city. It is not far from the bath area, quite easy to walk around.

Cons:

Not sure why but my rest room kinda smells

Cons:

Male staff tried to hit on my friend and it was uncomfortable, bed and pillows was like paper, we asked for 2 extra pillows and they gave it to us but the manager took the next day claiming that it’s for other customers when in fact we were the only ones staying there , it was petty but really annoying since the bed and pillows are bad.
